| We return to Eleuthera as often as possible, and absolutely loved Magic Sand. While every place we have stayed in has it own charms, this place is perfect. Morning coffee, ice-cold Kaliks or frozen coconut daiquiris – it is always Happy Hour in the Liki Tiki! The best part of Double Bay beach is right there in front of the house and it is all yours. The ultimate combination of luxury & amenities - as well as what we keep coming to the Bahamas for - their beautiful unspoiled beaches - are found in perfect balance at Magic Sand. |

| Our family of five traveled to the Bahamas for the first time during Xmas holidays and we landed in Magic Sands. What a lucky find!!!! The perfect location with rarely a person on the beach, an amazing veranda on which we lived for one week, wonderful location to go either direction on the island, great bathrooms, beautiful linens, and so much more. I would recommend Magic Sands to anyone visiting Eleuthera! |

| I and two friends spent a week in March at Magic Sands and it was truely Magic. From the entrance to the property to the end of the beach, this property was everything that I had dreamed of, short of a handsome cabana boy to serve the drinks! We often had the beach to ourselves which was great for three not so hot middle aged women. The Tiki Hut was PERFECT for staying outside but not being in the sun. No other property had such a nice feature as far as we could see. The house itself was perfect for us! Big enough but not too big. Lovely emenities..perfect! This was a dream come true and I want to go back! Location on the Island made traveling easy. It was easy to go North or South and get back to the house in time for happy hour or dinner or more sun time or swim time or book time. Book this place, you won't be sorry. The property manager is a special person who will help you any way you need and the owner has been easy and honest the entire time! |

"We just got back from a week at Magic Sand Villa, and all I can say is that we had an amazing vacation. The house is beautiful, the location is unbelievable, and the overall experience was very very enjoyable. We met a lot nice people, including Kevin and Hope the property
managers, they were very accommodating and friendly. For the first time in
many vacations it was extremely difficult to pull ourselves away on that
last day. The weather in Eleuthera was fabulous the whole week. When renting a house or hotel via the internet your never quite sure what the result will be, in all respects this experience has been fabulous. We spent some time driving around the island and happened upon some of the other rental property locations that we initially considered, and feel that we made the best choice in Magic Sand." |
