| This is the most delightful home. Large enough for our big family. Right on the lake with wonderful sunsets and views of the New York Adirondack Mountains. Large comfy rooms and a great kitchen full of cooking bowls and windows that fill the room with sunshine. Wonderful Wonderful home! |

I just wanted to thank you so much for renting your wonderful house to us. We had an extremely restful vacation and enjoyed the spectacular beauty of the setting. A blast was had by all, from our babies right on up to my 95 year old grandmother. It was so wonderful, we hope to be able to rent it again next year!

| We had a wonderful family vacation in this idyllic setting. The views were spectacular and there was so much to do, no one was ever bored. The house, lawn, and beach were perfect for all ages and everything was very clean and well-appointed. |

| Our family and friends have been renting this home for the past 6 years. We love the location on the lake, the proximity to Basin Harbor Club and the overall feel of the property. The neigbbors are all friendly and ready to assist should you need any help. We highly recommend this property for a scenic and peaceful vacation. |

| We had a great time. Great views, especially at sunset. Plenty of space for our crew (4 adults, 2 kids). Our boys loved playing in the water. Easy access to lots: Maritime Museum, Shelburne Museum, Middlebury (Otter Creek Brewery!), Fort Ticonderoga, and Burlington. Highly recommended - we'll be back! |

| I'd like to recommend this rental on Lake Champlain to anyone interested in a variety of activities in one tranquil setting. Each member of my family found something they absolutely loved- from canoeing and swimming, to hiking in the Green Mountains, to peacefully lounging by the lakeside and in the quaint town of Vergennes. The home was cozy and bright, with an authentic log cabin feel that thrilled my children. We were so pleased with our experience and the environment. |

I greatly recommend this rental on Lake Champlain

We stayed in August of 2007. Everything was as
presented and more! The temperature was lovely,
with cooling lake breezes. It was a truly stunning
location on the water with an ample lawn, old trees,
and restful hammocks in the shade. The house was
clean, comfortable, well-kept, and well-appointed,
with many homey touches, good space, and a super
eat-in kitchen. Fun watersports. People in other
houses in the area were pleasant, neighborly, and
kind. A great family place! |

We have had great family gatherings here for the last 6 years. It's the perfect location on the lake with spectacular sunsets. There is something to do for everyone. If you just want to relax, you can't ask for a better place. The lake offers plenty to do such as;swimming,fishing,jet
skiing, canoeing, and waterskiing. The house is roomy enough for all to feel comfortable. You really do have a week of good food, lots of laughs, activities and most of all memories that go on for a life time.We are happy we came upon this spot, actually my daughter found it for us, and we have never regretted it... |

Thank you for another incredible family reunion at your beautiful spot on Lake Champlain. The setting is so idyllic...the kids loved the water...my parents enjoyed the Maritime Museum and all their new exhibits. We're already making our plans for next year!
