We rented this unit because we were moving to Florida and needed to stay in a place while we found a place to live permaently. What we found when we arrive totally surprised us! It was in an absolutely ideal location. It had ever amenenty and then some! It was clean and spacious and close to parks and the pool (very important for my kids!). I know that I'm not going to say anything that will convince you to rent this place, but I have to tell you, this place not ony has it all, but Bob and Sylvia are incredible people!! Nicest people you'll ever run into! Don't even hesitate when it comes to this property! It is as good as it gets! Couldn't say enough about it!

Wonderful home - very spacious and well-equipped. The neighbors are nice, the playground and pool areas are well-kept and we had a fantastic stay. The owners are absolutely lovely folks! Thank you so much!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this townhouse. It was clean,well equiped, spacious and well situated in Palm Harbor with easy access to activities
within the Tampa Bay Area. The owners were very pleasant and helpful with all
our needs and requests.
We certainly would be pleased to rent this town house for future vacations.
