| After staying at the condo I can honestly say that I was very pleased and could not have asked for more. It is in a great location and central to everything you might need. The pool is very conveniently located outside the back gate with a beautiful back drop setting of the mountains. The unit itself was very clean and equiped with plenty of accessories for the comforts of home. I will be back and I highly encourage others to go! |

| We have had extended rentals at Marbella Cottage for two years. We enjoy the location and layout of the unit. It has a private, great outside space with a large gas BBQ. It is close to the pool and the tennis courts. It is a bit tired inside but is very well equiped with everything we need. The owners are helpful and responsive to requests. |

| Our family had the opportunity to stay at 9 Marbella Lane during the Christmas holiday. The house is nicely decorated and was very comfortable. We enjoyed the mountainview scenery outside of our back door including the hummingbirds that resided in the flowering tree and the grapefruit tree that are located just outside of the back door to the patio. The washer & dryer were convenient & we enjoyed the barbeque. Ms. Markes made sure that we had everything that we needed to relax & enjoy our family time. Thank you. |

Thank you so much for our 3rd stay at Marbella Cottage. We felt so comfortable in our ‘home away from home’. I want to say that I slept so soundly. In fact, it was the best sleep I had in months!
Golf was fantastic just across the way at Dessert Springs. As always, we loved being steps away from the pool. Even the weather really cooperated for us!
We will be back!

Very nice place. Spacious, has everything we've needed during our 1-week stay.
Really liked skylights in bathrooms and kitchen.
Our kids liked the idea of three TVs.
Nice neighborhood - quiet, beautiful, gorgeous views.
And the pool - just steps away from the house. We've spent there an hour or so every night.
We're really happy, and hope to come back to the same place some day for another vacation in the area. |

We had a lovely time. Very relaxing. I didn't want to come home. It was really nice to have two completely lazy days and do nothing but swim and laze around all day!

My family and I had a marvelous time holidaying together. We enjoyed an active vacation in the desert area and came home to a warm and comfortable home each evening. BBQing and dining under the stars, in March/April, is hard to beat. We hope to extend our stay in 2009. Thank you for allowing us into your homes. I am glad we are able to stay again next year at another of your properties. We certainly enjoy the desert in spring and the community of Silver Sands.

The unit is very nicely decorated with comfortable furnishings. TVs in every room, which is nice for guests. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well furnished. This unit is only steps from the pool, which make night time hot tubs very convenient! We enjoyed the Bar-B-Q on several occasions also. We had two sets of company in our time there and the unit accommodated everyone nicely. We love staying at Silver Sands as the location is so convenient to several points of interest for us. It's a comfortable community with friendly people and of course, the tennis courts are right nearby. The pro is happy to help set up games if need be and they had several opportunities for us to get to know people, if we were interested in that. You can mix or not. I have met several people that I now count as friends!
