We had a very relaxing time here at Pondview. The mountains were just what we needed. The cabin decor is perfect. We would love to come back when we can use the front porch. Unlike other guests before us we didn't see the goats,deer or turkeys,however the dog was very friendly. Oh-did I mention the stars-they were outstanding! Thanks! This was a very special weekend in so many ways-beautiful home,& property, nice walks, playing by the pond, fresh mountain air. Infact Steve proposed as we basked in the light ofa full moon on the front porch. I said "Yes!"

The stay here was lovely. I loved the cabin decorations. I took pictures to show my husband back in Missouri. Everything was so clean & comfortable. Danna (my daughter) & I worked 2 days in Boone at Samaritan's Purse on Operation Christmas Child. This was truly a very nice place to stay.

| What a great time our family had with our 2 little girls and golden retriever during the peak autumn season. We enjoyed the peaceful setting of this rustic, but new cabin, as it sits down a long wooded road. What an awesome experience for our girls first trip. The grounds are beautiful, with many walking trails just down the driveway. We plan on owning a little piece of heaven someday close to the Blue Ridge mountains and I encourange all who want a fantastic trip of solitude to vist Pond View cabin! |

| We enjoyed an extremely relaxing week at Pondview sleeping late, rocking on the front porch, exploring nature, playing games, visiting nearby attractions, and generally reconnecting as a family. Pondview provided a beautiful and very comfortable location for escaping our usual responsibilities. We appreciated its beautiful setting, comfortable beds and other furniture, and restful front porch. Thanks again for sharing your special home with us! |

We truly enjoyed being so pleasantly accommodated at the cabin. The decor is charming; beds are comfortable; bathrooms good size; dining table is big enough for a happy family gathering; front porch is heavenly; frogs in the pond at night are a symphony! We had easy access to the Blue Ridge Parkway, Grandfather Mountain, Blowing Rock, and Boone. nmb

| What a serene cabin! Our family had a lovely stay there- perfect place to meet, and spend quality time together. The cabin is even nicer than depicted, very kid approved. We all enjoyed seeing deer and feeding the fish at the big pond. The kitchen was well equipped, and the decorating was perfectly detailed. Cabin is easy to find, easy to access and VERY quiet. | We enjoyed our stay at the owner's cabin! This is the most beautiful area nestled in the mountains. We are completely captivated with the peacefulness and the relaxing atmosphere. The owner added so many special touches - made us feel very welcome. Plus, she made the reservation process easy!! The decor is top notch with lots of attention to the details. Nice location, too! Easy to get to Blowing Rock, Boone, local hiking zones, and The Parkway, our favorite! Thank you for the trip. We look forward to another one soon. |
