| The Farrs and the Taylors stayed here April 10-17, 2009. The house is beautifully decorated in a quiet neighbourhood. The pool, hot tub and exercise room are about 1,000' down the road and you have to walk by the nicest decorated yard on the way, owned by a nice couple from Alaska. The security gate is hit and miss on entering but works great for leaving. Huge master bedroom has a separate toilet, shower and tub and a 2-sink vanity. The 2nd bedroom uses a separate bathroom but you are so far apart, privacy was never an issue. Security system is easy to use. A nice view of the golf course from the screened-in patio. The golf course is so-so but a great staff!! Better courses are at Robson Ranch and Mission Royale in the Casa Grande area. For groceries and liquor go to Arizona City - much closer, newer and cleaner than Eloy. There's an Outlet Mall on the Interstate about 10 miles away. The 50" plasma H.D. T.V. was a great way to watch the Masters! We enjoyed eating our suppers at the “big people’s” dining room set. We highly recommend this rental property and you'll find the Weigl's to be great hosts. If the circumstances allowed, we would stay here again. |

My wife Sylvie and I were the first long-term renters for this property during the winter of 2008, January through March. We would rate the house as excellent. We found the house to be spectacular and the owners, the Weigls, wonderful people in the way they handled every aspect of the experience. We had rented another house in Lake Havasu the previous winter for the same three months and had a very good time there as well, but this house was superior. The house has every amenity and is very spacious. The view out the back to the 7th hole of the golf course is lovely. The houses on either side are somewhat close, but because of the clever arrangement of doors and windows, there is still plenty of privacy. All of the appurtenances are either new or in excellent condition, and the decor is tasteful. The guest room offers plenty of privacy as it is in a wing that is about 50 feet from the master bedroom and bath. The neighbors are very quiet and amiable--no problem at all. The Weigls have tried to go top-shelf with all of the appliances, including a 50" plasma TV. You will have a feeling of luxury the minute you settle in here. The location in Eloy makes for a good jumping-off place to see the sights of both Phoenix and Tucson. Eloy itself is unremarkable, but the next sizable town north, Casa Grande, has everything, and is only a ten-minute drive. Dealing with the Weigls was a delight. They are eager for renters to have a great time. They attempted to fulfill our every request--for instance, when we asked about a high-speed internet connection, they found one and provided it to us free. We found them to be courteous and well organized via our written communications, and when we met them in person we were even more impressed. They are some of the nicest people we have ever known. Their theory, and it proves true, is that when they strive to treat renters to the best, the renters will respond with appreciation and take good care of the property. Whether you like to see the sights of Phoenix, Tucson, and beyond, or just stay at the property and enjoy the golf, pool, and fitness room, you will love it here.
Sincerely, Wm. McSwain
