| We have stayed in Chuck's Fern Court property the last two years and we are looking forward to our 3rd year upcoming in September. Besides the location of Sea Pines with all it has to offer, we love the home---the interiors are so well kept. Our Fern Court get away offers us the chance to take a week with our family (furry ones included), relax in this great home, and run/bike around Sea Pines 'til our hearts are content. |

| We had a week family vacation with our three children and their families. The house met all our expectations. The house is in a great location with access to tennis, the beach, and a variety of places to eat. We especially enjoyed the bicycles with the extensive bicycle paths in Sea Pines. |

| Great house and one of our best vacations! Very comfortable for our large family of 4 children, plus 3 other family members who met us there from GA. Easy access to the beach. Bike trails everywhere and convenient pool in walking distance. My kids say it's the best vacation we've ever had! We agree, and plan to be back next summer! Thanks Chuck & Mary! |

| We were very pleased, beyond our expectations, with the house last week. The spacious house was very comfortable for 6 adults. The house was immaculately clean and well stocked. We really appreciated all the detailed information from Chuck about getting to the beach, 3 pools & around town. The location was great & the bikes & beach chairs were well used. THANKS once again. We had a wonderful time staying in your home for our vacation! Beautiful home with plenty of room and what a wonderful location! Very close to three beautiful beaches, 3 swimming pools and of course-Harbor Town. It was very nice to have the bikes available to ride on all the trails and the flowers were just beautiful. We enjoyed a few meals on the back deck overlooking the golf course.

This home has it all - comfort, style, plenty of room and an awesome view of the Harbor Town golf course! What made it even better was that our dogs were welcome. We feel good about dealing with animal lovers like Chuck and Mary.

We really enjoyed our one month stay at your 9 Fern Ct. property in Sea Pines.
The house itself, combined with the complimentary bikes and the central location, contributed to a very nice vacation.
It really is less than ten minutes by bike to the beach and Harbourtown. Two minutes to Sea Pines Center.
Everything is right there. Most days you never have to leave the plantation.
A nice house to entertain overnight guests. Folks can have as much privacy as they want.
Very well equipped. |

| We stayed at your home over Thanksgiving this year and invited some of our family for a "mini" family reunion. We had the most wonderful time. The house was immacualte and located right on the golf course! We enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the golfers as well as walking and biking the trails to the beach, shops and lagoons. The entire family enjoyed the stay! We have stayed at another one of your homes in the past and this was as enjoyable as the last stay! We hope we can find an opportunity in 2008 to spend some time in Hilton Head again. Thank you for sharing your wonderful homes! |

| We stayed for a long weekend with beautiful weather in Oct. The house and setting was great - even nicer than in the pictures. The Sea Pines Resort has so much to offer - the best bike trails, great horseback riding, a full service marina, and beautiful beach. It couldn't have been better! |

| In early April we rented your home in Sea Pines Plantation and it proved to be a big hit with everyone in our family that included our two daughters and four grandchildren. With day time highs reaching into the mid 80s we took advantage of the nearby tennis courts, bike trails and ocean beach. However, it was your lovely four bedroom home that enabled us to relax and enjoy our vacation to the fullest from early morning deck-breakfasts to playing board-games with our grandchildren in the main room with its soaring ceiling. Even our 10 yr. old golden enjoyed going to the ocean with the kids. |

An Internet search led us to this house for our first
visit to Hilton Head and Sea Pines Plantation Resort.
The stars had aligned for all of us (my wife and I
and our four kids, ages 24 to 13) to have the same
week for Spring Break ’07. We couldn’t have been
more pleased with our choice! The house is
spacious (bigger than the many pictures),
beautifully decorated, conveniently situated, and a
great value. The four bikes were a major plus
because we had our most fun bike hiking and beach
riding. Additional bike rentals, fine dining, and
shopping are just a five-minute walk away. We felt
more like we were borrowing a friend’s house while
they were out of town than renting a vacation
property. We look forward to our next visit, and if
everyone can’t make it this time, we’ll rent a
smaller home from Chuck. Because if his other
properties are as comfortable and homey as 9 Fern
Court, we’re in for another great vacation! |

| My husband and I and of course, the dog, have stayed at this home for the past 2 years and will be booking again for next year. It is absolutely gorgeous and is in such a beautiful location, we can really relax. We love taking a walk to the beach first thing in the morning with the dog and then going back in the afternoon on the bikes that are left at the house. The house is always immaculate and thoroughly stocked. |
