| This is a great place to rent in a beautiful gated complex. The condo is lovely, with comfortable beds and pillows, and well equipped. We are considering renting it again next year. Sandy was always prompt in responding to my inquiries and great to deal with. Highly recommend! |

Our stay at Sandy Cardoza's at Mesquite was all we'd hoped for and more: well-furnished, well-stocked, great location and clean as a whistle! As a bonus, Sandy was an absolute treat to deal with, both before and after, and couldn't have been more accommodating.

| Sandy's Condo at Mesquite is very comfortable and well equipped. The Condo is very spacious for a couple and also very quite. The views from both decks are really quite stunnning and changed significantly after the recent snow. Sandy is very resposive and accommodating to deal with. We had a very relaxing 18 days golfing, hiking in the Indian Canyons, taking in the famous PS Follies and sightseeing around the valley. |

We had a very enjoyable stay chez Cardoza. The unit was very well equipped and large enough for the six of us (4 adults and 2 children). Sandy was a pleasure to deal with and everything went very smoothly.
