| I have stayed at many condos at Myrtle Beach, and this is one of the best. Compare to Marriott, except larger. Appliances very nice and the ice maker in the bar area was great. Large deck with enough chair space to accomodate all of our group. Beds were all comfortable, and as others have commented, everything was CLEAN. Hotel seemed very secure and pools were good. Would definitely stay here again! |

| What a fabulous place! This unit is absolutely beautiful and you have thought of everything, Mr. and Mrs. LaValley. This unit was first class, spacious, fully equipped and conveniently located to everything we had planned for our vacation. We had a great time and are planning to come back again soon! Thank you for making our trip to North Myrtle Beach a vacation to remember! |

| My family and I rented this unit the week of Aug. 1-8th 2009. We LOVED it! It was clean, well-stocked,and spacious! We expected more crowds (on the elevators, at pool, etc.), but were pleasantly pleased! It was quiet, and had a beautiful view! Mr. Lavalley and his wife were excellent to work with. They were easily accessible and answered every question that we had promptly! Would definitely rent from them again! |

| The minute we walked in the condo we loved it. It is so spacious and beautiful.It is by far the cleanest place we have rented. Even under the beds and the couch were clean. It was so quiet, we hardly ever heard anyone. The owner was so helpful and easy to work with. We definitely would rent from him again and would also recommend him to everyone. Thanks again for letting us rent this condo for our vacation. |

| My two sisters and our families wanted a condo large enough to house all of us. My husband Dan found this place on-line. Sometimes when you book something on-line you hope it is everything you read about. This condo was everything and more. It was beautiful, clean, convenient and the pools and beach locations was fantastic for kids. Any questions or concerns Lanny was only a phone call away. I would highly recommend this condo you won't be disapointed. Thanks again Lanny for sharing it with all of us! |

| Our family visits Myrtle Beach every year. We have stayed at many different condo's. We have to stay the Mar Vista is now at the top of our list. Everything is top notch, beautiful decor, wonderful pool facility, great hot tubs. I loved the balcony, it was large, comfortable and had a great view. Everything was perfect for our family. We will stay at the Mar Vista again. Thanks to the owners, they were great to work with. |

Lanny, Thank you for the use of your condo in June 2009. The rental arrangements were simple and the check in was great! We have stayed in North Myrtle many years and we were not certain we wanted to stay in such a large complex. Everything about Mar Vista was wonderful.It was beautifully maintained,the elevators very fast,no waiting time and the condo was soooo quiet;like we were the only family there. The condo was wow! every comfort, superbly decorated, fantastic kitchen and joint family areas.

| This condo was perfect for our family. Everything about the condo and the entire condominium complex was great. We are definitely planning on a return trip and will rent from Lanny again....great person to work with,too! We appreciated all the help he gave us; our emails and phone calls were all dealt with promptly; our security check was returned as promised, etc. We were very happy with the facilities - fitness room, business center, pools, etc. The place is beautiful and well maintained. This condo was a First Class location, First Class view, First Class accomdations and First Class condo in a First Class facility.
I searched a long time to find one of the best condo's and when we entered the condo, our guests all went "wow", great place. One of the best! |

| My friends and I spent the first week of October in this wonderful condo at the MarVista Grande. While we have stayed many very nice places over the years on our annual 'girls trip', we all agree that this unit tops our list. The location, the layout of the condo itself and the very nice furnishings and decor made our vacation great. We felt so at home and would without question recommend this unit. |

Our family stayed here at the end of September, 2008. The condo is beautifully decorated and very clean, which is especially important when travelling with Grandchildren. The kitchen is well stocked, if you decide that you want meals in. We all enjoyed the pool and lazy river.

The place is immaculate and so clean. It really shows how well a rental property can be, and we just loved it and will definitely use it for future vacations. | We stayed here 9/13 thru 9/20. It was awesome!!! The condo is beautifully decorated, comfortable and furnished with everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. This is one of the nicest condos we have ever stayed in. Ocean Drive is our favorite vacation spot because of the beautiful beach and the clubs on Main St and Ocean Blvd. We love to shag (dance). The Mar Vista Grande is within walking distance of all of our favorite places in OD. We really enjoyed ourselves and look forward to staying here again in the near future. Thanks Lanny!!!! |

| We stayed at this condo from Sept 1 to Sept 13. This is an awesome condo. We have 3 bedrooms,large kitchen with all the amenities that we need. This was our first time to Myrtle Beach, so what an exciting place to stay and come back to. I highly recommend this condo to anyone. Thanks to the owner. There are so many activities nearby and within walking distance, which was great. Thanks again. |

| Nicest condo we have ever stayed in at Myrtle Beach. I have gone for forty years and stayed in nice places but this was special from the way it was layed out to the nice furniture and we actually stayed in and cooked three nights because we had pots and pans and dishes and a nice place to eat on the balacony. I would recommend this condo to my best friend. Thanks for sharing your beach home with us. We did feel at home. |

We spent a week in this delightful unit in October 2007 and couldn't have been more pleased! The condo is new and beautifully decorated, and it was so nice to have breakfast on the balcony looking at the ocean. We enjoyed the pool, beach walks, great shoppping, and dinners out.

| Everyone in our group was just overwhelmed with the amenities this unit had to offer. Everything was beautiful from the furnishings in the condo right down to the "Carolina Blue" skies we enjoyed throughout our stay. I have never stayed in a more beautiful or a better stocked condo in all my years coming to the beach. |
