The place is well-stocked, super comfortable and
informal, like a friend let you use their guest
cottage. Location is minutes from town, but ultra-
quiet at night and you're literally next to some of
SR's best wineries. The large lot has some of the
most gorgeous oaks I've ever seen. The owners
are fantastic. Great place to relax. |

| Enjoyed our stay here very much. So close to all the activities we enjoy when traveling to this area. Only minutes from the river, the ice arena, shopping, and wineries. Very peaceful too! All the comforts of home! |

What a fabulous place! It was so peaceful - definitely
a little slice of heaven. To sit in the outdoor living
area in the morning and watch the sunrise with a cup
of coffee and in the evening watch the sunset with a
glass of wine. So close to everything! I highly
recommend it and can't wait for our trip back soon! |

We live adjacent to the property and rent the cottage for family and friends when they come to visit us. It is a very cute and romantic little place that is clean and quiet and very reasonably priced.
Its is close to many of the best wineries in the Russian River Valley including Lynmar, Deloach, and Dutton Goldfield. If you are into Russian River Pinot, this is the place.

The location of this cottage couldn't be better. Close enough to city center yet with a country feel. Great access to wineries and ocean. It's comfortable and exceptionally clean, with a gated drive for privacy and security. The owners are easy to deal with and have managers on the property for any problems.
Had limited access to the internet. All in all, I would highly recommend this property. |

| Very quiet property that is very centrally located, the Armstrong Redwoods and coast are within an hours drive. This property has all the immenties that you need while on vacation, I especially enjoyed the outdoor shower. I am looking forward to staying here again on our next visit. |
