Great place to stay in Vancouver. We really liked the contemporary style of the apartment. The view is terrific and so is the location. Great dining and grocery shopping within easy walking distance.

I would agree with the others who found this place more than satisfactory. View is spectacular...if you are lucky enough to be in Vancouver with sunshine. Location could not be better as you can walk to to anything. Finally, the price is a bargain when compared to most of the better downtown Vancouver hotels.

In addition to the sweeping, unobstructed views, the apartment was the right balance between modern clean lines and a warm, livable feel. The location is central to most all of the city's attractions. We would certainly return for another luxurious long weekend in Vancouver. Thanks for the hospitality!

My partner and I spent two wonderful weeks in this stunning apartment. The views are nothing short of breathtaking. You are so high up that you can stand on the balcony and plan your trip for the day since you can see all main streets from there. The location is perfect for exploring on foot, since everything in Vancouver seems to be in walking distance (if you like to walk). Public transport is also at your doorstep and so are restaurants and night life. Vancouver is one of the most beautiful cities we have been to and it doesn't get more stylish than this apartment. One word of caution: if you are a light sleeper, you might want to bring some earplugs. Having the city laid out below comes with the cost of hearing all of the city too ;-) Small price to pay for this amazing location. The owners are really friendly people who are willing to help out with anything that would make your stay more enjoyable. Highly recommendable.

My wife and I were looking for a trip to celebrate our 24th Wedding Anniversary. We live near Los Angeles, and my wife's favorite vacation is at the beach. So, originally we considered La Paz in Mexico but then decided upon Vancouver after talking with a neighbor who goes there for work. We made the right choice. Vancouver is a wonderful city; the people are friendly, the transit system easy to use and the food and sights superb. For exploring Vancouver, this apartment is in the perfect location. Safe. A food market a block away. Great sushi! Great restaurants in general! We took buses or walked to every place we wanted to go (Granville Island, Float Plane, Stanley Park etc.). The apartment itself is stunning. My wife had no idea what to expect, and was rendered a bit speechless by the floor-to-ceiling light and the view when we first entered. The pictures just give an inkling of what it's like, with an adult beverage in hand, to watch the Sun set from the terrace over the entire harbor from the 33rd floor. You will relax. The amenities are all modern and as shown at the site. Also, there are no hidden costs. None of the cleaning fees, etc. to jack up the base price. We've always had good luck with VRBO, but this was a notch above. A great place for a romantic, two-person get-away. One caveat. Stay away from Hastings Street North of Chinatown. Although nothing happened to us, it's reputation as one of the toughest streets in Canada is well earned. We'd love to stay there again! |
