This was an incredible house to stay in on our mountain vacation. The accomodations were immaculate and worked very nicely with our large group. The reservation process went very smoothly and the property manager was very quick to respond to any question we had. I would highly recommend this home and will be looking forward to trying it out in the winter next time.
The home was located very close to town and had a hiking trail right in the backyard. Lots of fun in the summer!! |

| This house was truly amazing. It was a group of young kids who had a blast there. It met all of our needs, the kitchen great, iPod dock is key, hot tub the best. I would recommend this for anyone we were extremely satisified with our choice. |

| Extremely nice house. Adults loved great room, modern kitchen, huge master suite, hot tub, etc. Bunk room perfect for kids. Only five minutes to Breckenridge parking. We would definitely return. |

| The home was perfect for two families with children. The eight of us really enjoyed the home and all ammenities. It was close to town but away from the ski crowd. We will definitely stay again in the future and highly recommend to others looking to stay in Breck. |

Beautifully and comfortably accomodated me and 9 of
my friends. Every area of the house was perfect--
couldn't have asked for anything to be different about
it. Only 4 minute drive to Breckenridge was great. Will
definitely be using this property in the future for a
mountain getaway! |

| A group of 10 of us recently rented this luxury home to host a birthday party that included snowboarding. We were pleased to find that the house was just finished being built! It was dressed with new furnishings and ammenities that were stylish and comparable to home. The layout of the house is great for family gatherings and has room to get away from the crowd if needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook gormet meals and we were even surprised to find coffee in the freezer after we figured out we had forgotten to pick some up. Every detail of the kitchen was considered. There were so many details about the house we loved, from the gorgeous maple floors and heated stone floors to the 2 car garage and large hot tub on the deck. We were very impressed! There was even a notebook that included information about anything we would need to know about the house, local food menues, activity guides and mountain trail maps. When booking this rental, I experienced the smoothest rental transaction in 8 years! The owner is quick to respond and is more genuine than most I have encountered through VRBO. I also had the chance to meet the property manager during my stay and he was extremely helpful and timely with our needs. I could honestly say that I can't wait to rent this property again and plan to make it a yearly trip! I recommend this rental to anyone seeking a private getaway or a large family gathering, or even a bithday party. This house is simply amazing! |

I stayed at this house last winter and had a great experience. Everything is first class and new, beds are comfortable, and getting to the mountain was easy. Highly recommend!
