My wife and I stayed at Ixchel Condo's in February for our one year anniversary and were pleasantly surprised with Chris & Diane's beautiful condo.
The condo itself is huge with a full kitchen which we didn't use as much as we wanted to due to all the restaurants available close by. The patio is huge and was nice just relaxing in the afternoon sun with a cerveza.
You can't beat the location as it's located right on the North Beach with access to use beach chairs for free.
Restaurants are steps away from their condo as well. I won't list all the places we ate but if you get a chance go to Olivia's the food and the atmosphere is to die for.
I really wish we could have stayed for longer then a week at your condo as it is paradise but unfortunately reality has to kick back in sooner or later.

You have a wonderful place with a beautiful view! It had more
than enough room for all five of us. The accommodations couldn't have been any better.
The beach was the most perfect strand of white sand we have ever seen.
We tried to eat at different places during our stay, Jax was one we enjoyed.
At Sancochos we met the owner Alex, he and his family they were great hosts. We spent a lot of time with them.
The highlight of the trip was doing the Scorpion shot at the Argentine bar. It was something to see!
We're not sure if there is any tequila left on the island, but we sure had a
great time.

This was the nicest place we've ever stayed at.
Smoothest check in ever, VERY friendly staff that always remembered us, even on the street. Nice place, I highly recommend it.
We had the one bedroom suite (4th floor), great pool and ocean view! HUGE deck, doors that entered the deck from the living room area and also the bedroom. Comfortable, king size bed (turned down every night too, wow, wasn't use to that!). This place was VERY clean, the maids would make little animals out of our towels and tissues. The nicest shower I've ever showered in and the towels were the thickest I've ever used. The kitchen had an upright fridge, a nice 5 gallon purified water dispenser on the counter... Well, to make it short, if you wanted to make a meal there, they had it all.
They also have WiFi, we brought our laptop and emailed people back home with pictures making them jealous, hehe. We couldn't have asked for more, we were spoiled.
Easy walking to ANYWHERE on the north end...to the beach, to town, we walked everywhere.
The sand...beautiful WHITE sand that stays cool under the hot sun.
Pablo at the pool bar, I can't say enough about him...super guy! 2 Sols for 25 pesos...should have spent more time by the pool.

| The place was amazing!!! Friendly staff and beautiful views! I loved lounging on the beach all day and then hitting the town in the evening. Not too crazy which was perfect! Cancun is close and easy to access but still plenty to do on the island! Hope to go again! |

| Isla Mujeras was the perfect getaway for my husband and I! We were able to stay there for our honeymoon and wished that we never had to leave. The views from the condo are breath taking. The sand is amazing. No sand will ever compare to the sand there!!! The staff there is also very helpful and courteous. If you're thinking of vacationing this is definitely the place to go!!!! We would go back in a heartbeat! |

What a magnificant place. To get away form the day to day and come here is hard to describe. 'No worries' come to maind as I enjoy my libation. In fact, if I over-served myself the night before, I can still enjoy life.
The water and beaches are simply stunning! The support staff is as friendly and helpful as you could ask.
The island is quaint, in a very good way, and the food is very good.
I can not wait to go back! |
