| We stayed here in over Christmas 07 and loved it. We had been travelling around the world for 3 months and it was so to have our own apartment after staying in hotels for the last 3 months. We walked virtually everywhere from here. Great apartment.The kitchen was fully equipped. A great place to spend Christmas! Although it didnt snow :( WE WILL BE BACK!!! |

On this New York trip, my husband and I wanted to experience living in New York like a New Yorker. Renting this beautiful apartment in this charming neighborhood was perfect. After a long day of sightseeing, it was so nice to have this comfortable and quiet home to return to.
This apartment looks exactly like it does in the pictures. It is new and clean. The queen bed is comfortable. The closet provides lots of space to store clothes and suitcases plus extra bedding and towels. The washer and dryer came in handy. Loved the brick wall and the hardwood floors. Everything you need is provided in the kitchen. Having a livingroom area with a large leather sofa and chair with a big screen TV was so much nicer than relaxing on a hotel room bed.
Vera and Joe's suggestions were helpful too. We found everything we needed at Mani Market just steps away. We enjoyed the Mexican food and margaritas at Gabriella's and had Carmine's deliver to our apartment one night. Also close by is Central Park, the subway, the bus lines, a drug store, wine shops, and we caught a taxi back to the airport just outside our door.
We loved our stay in New York and this apartment was really a highlight of the trip. We will do it again. We found Vera and Joe to be honest people that you can trust and rent from without any worries. |

| My husband and I stayed at this GREAT place in March. We've stayed at other apartments in NYC, but this one stands out. It was clean, comfortable, and quiet. We enjoyed the owners' restaurant tips, which directed us to fabulous places right in the neighborhood. We will definitely stay there again. |

| I went out to NYC for almost 2 weeks for work. A much better fit than any hotel. Very comfortable and a very safe neighborhood. Would definitely stay there again! |

| We rented this apartment for a wonderful 2 week stay. It is cozy, quiet, and very comfortable, a great place to come home to! The neighborhood is great, Central Park a halk block away, subways just a short walk, and all the amenities you need. I will definitely recommend this rental to friends who want to experience New York like a New Yorker! |

| My husband and I rented this apartment for a week in August. We loved it! Its in an excellent location on the UWS, beautifully done and comfortable - in short, a fabulous apartment! Lots of great restaurants in the neighhourhood but we also enjoyed using the kitchen to make dinner a couple of times and breakfast every day. The grocery store at the corner of the street was a huge plus-we got everything we needed for our stay here. We highly recommend this apartment and will certainly want to repeat the experience in the future. |

| We stayed for a week in June. We loved it! It is the quietest place we've ever stayed at in NYC. Being so close to Central Park and the museums was a luxury. It's a very comfortable apartment, one we felt happy to return to after walking all day. We will be back. |

| We had a wonderful stay in this apartment in May of 2008. The owners were extremely helpful and gave great tips for restaurants, entertainment, and transportation. The location is close to subways, Central Park, and every amenity one could ask for. Best of all, the apartment has that warm, home-like feel. We highly recommend staying here. |

| We would rent this apartment again. Our stay was wonderful. We appreciated the convenience of both the close proximity of central park and a great local market. The apartment is updated and well-decorated, but still retains its architectural charm. Also, the neighborhood is quiet at night. The owners are very helpful and offer wonderful suggestions for restaurants, etc. |

| I rented this beautiful apartment for my mother in law - after a disaster with another rental. The owners of this property went out of their way to help us despite our "last minute" renting. This is a wonderful apartment - comfortable, clean, quiet and WELL stocked!!! Next time we will certainly rent this apartment first! It will make you or your guest feel right at home. |
