| We came to celebrate a couple of birthdays, 11 family members from different cities and states, Tom's house was wonderful. My young nephew (12) loved the pool and the big TV, we loved the roominess of the house letting everyone hang together or separately. I would recommend this house over lots of hotel rooms any day. |

| We have ten in our immediate family and usually stay in three or four different resort hotel rooms but we never really get to be together. Tom's home allowed us to do that and still have privacy for putting the baby to sleep and all. We love to cook and the kitchen was perfect. The home is a show place and still toddler and adult friendly. Thanks for the memories; we celebrated my son's 21st and all the BIG kids had access to the nearby "M" hotel which they thought was great too. |

It was a pleasure staying in this large home with so many areas to enjoy! We did spend a lot of time by the pool - weather was so very good. Enjoyed the LV Strip too, and the shows. Stayed in a lot of rental homes in various areas, and this one was the very best.

| Thankyou for renting us your fabulous home! It is beautifully decorated and so spacious that our group of 8 felt very comfortable with privacy for everyone when desired. We loved your Grand Room with its 60" hd-tv with surround sound, perfect for our Super Bowl viewing. All the amenities, such as the pool table, barbeque grill, back deck and table, heated spa and computer with internet access make your home a 5 star rental property. We had a fabulous vacation and look forward to seeing you again! You are a very gracious host, Tom! Thanks again for everything! |

The home is full of everything you could possibly need for a several days of total relaxition while being convenient to all of the excitement of Vegas. Tom was the perfect host making sure every detail was just as it should be. I highly recommend this home for any large family or group.

| Where do I begin? What a great home and Tom is the ultimate host. I appreciated his warm greeting and final walkthrough before we left. Spacious rooms, beautiful kitchen, peace and quiet, wonderful outdoor area and a great pool and spa. A family room that overlooks the beautiful grounds, close to grocery,gas and great sushi and a fine steakhouse. Far enough from the strip but just 12 minutes on the freeway. What a great house to come home to after a day with the kids on the strip. Top of the line bath fixtures and a shower in the master bath that I never wanted to leave. Just loved our stay and the fact that we had so much room to relax and really enjoy. Tom was great and I hope we get a chance to stay next summer. This was our best vacation rental experience ever. The home and grounds were clean, comfortable and just perfect. Thanks Tom! I can rave about this home forever! Try this place and you will see what I am ranting about. |

An Ideal Rental and Home for the large family, family event, long term stay or a desire for a serene property ten minutes from the excitement of the Strip. Tom was among the most welcoming and prepared owners that we have rented from. His home was perfect in oh so many ways and lacked for nothing. It has something for every personality and activity from Sun to Workout to Video. This home made our weekend a special time beloved by all who were there and forgotten by no one.

We spent Thanksgiving at the the house and found it very pleasant!! While a bit away from the "action" of the Strip it's a quick drive to the lights of vegas. The kitchen is great, and we enjoyed the spa, pool table and large common spaces!

Tom's house is lovely, a perfect place to rest. The "great" room is really great... spacious, well-equipped and comfortable. Being outside the Strip makes Vegas so much better... close to state parks and with easy access for adults to go into town for the action.
Tom is an extremely amenable, helpful and a really straight guy.
This vacation rental is EXCELLENT.

We have attened the SEMA show in LV for the past 30 years. Four years ago we decided to rent a home for our stay.
Tom's home was by far the nicest home we have rented. We found him to be very accommodating and helpful. All the amenities are first class, the home is well kept and the area surrounding it spectacular.
Thanks for your hospitality Tom we plan to be back next year. |
