My wife and I were in Savannah for our daughter's wedding and rented the house and carriage house at 511 E. Broughton Street for ourselves and other members of the wedding party. Both locations were wonderful and worked out better than hoped for. The young folks had a place to hang out in the carriage house, and the older crowd got the house. The location is easy walking distance to downtown, the property is well furnished and maintained and exactly as advertised. We will rent the carriage house for ourselves on our next trip to Savannah.

This is a charming house in a great location! We had four couples stay and we took both the main house and carriage house. All the rooms were wonderfully decorated. We were within walking distance of all the sightseeing and restaurants in historic Savannah. Plan at least an hour or so to tour this home and carriage house during your stay. |

Wonderful house in a great location. We loved the front area, the rear area, and the home itself. Seven women and we all loved it - it must be good. I recommend this home to anyone who can go up stairs (bedrooms up) but an air bed can be used downstairs for anyone not able to climb. The home is furnished with lovely antiques, nice TVs, patio furniture, kitchen is great. Had a fax, phone, all the appliances we would ever need and lovely artwork. We enjoyed the huge dining room table to sit around and party and laugh. Please do yourself a favor and stay at this home. The rental agent and owners are top notch, too. We will be back. |

| Stayed in the carraige house and it is exactly as the web site shows. Lovely neighborhood and close to all the attractions. Highly recommend the horse and carraige tour of the down town area. Needed car only to find grocery store. |

| We spent a weekend in the carriage house behind the main home. The carriage house is extremely tasteful, and well done. Location and quality at a very reasonable price add up to a great value. Highly recommended! |

A group of us recently went on a group trip to Savannah and rented both the main house and carriage house. Both are beautifully decorated, the kitchens are outfitted with top-end appliances, and it is obvious that the owner spares no expense in making this a memorable place to stay. We walked from here to just about every part of the historic district, using the car only when it rained one night.
My wife and I have traveled throughout the country and stayed in just about every type of lodging you can think of, and we agree that this property is by far the best value we have ever experienced. It gives you more in the way of amenities and convenience than you will get in many places – and after dividing the cost among those of us who stayed here (four couples) we wound up paying less than you would for many bed-and-breakfasts and even many hotels. On top of that, the owner was very easy to work with. We will definitely return. |

| Girls Weekend at 511 Broughton Street in Savannah, was the best. Prior to our arrival, we were given recommendations on what to see and do. Upon our arrival, we could not stop taking pictures of the home, it was so beautiful. This trip was planned for a girls weekend, and this house was perfect. The rooms were large enough to allow all 6 of us to gather up in each room comfortably for games and conversation. We were in walking distance of everything that we had wanted to see, we only had to move our vehicle to go to Tybee Beach and to the grocery store. We were able to walk to the Market Place, plenty of the squares of Savannah and the River District. |

| What an excellent place. The house has everything, a full kitchen, very spacious rooms, great decor, tips on what do and where to go and you can walk to anything in downtown Savannah. We had 3 couples in the house and I don't believe we could have done any better on a place to stay....especially for the price. |

| Five adult family members stayed in this beautifully decorated home. The minute we walked in we felt comfortable. All of us agreed we would stay there again. Very convenient and the owner was wonderful to work with. |
