| The Home was very nice and the views and privacy are great on our first night we saw 4 large elk and the end of the road leading to the house. The house does sit off highway 67 about 1.5 miles but the drive is easy. One thing you do need to know is there is no phone and our AT&T phones didn't work and neither did a Tracphone but we went to Walmart in Woodland Park and bought a Verizon pre-paid phone and it works fine at the house but between Divide and the house is a dead zone, just thought you should know so you can make arragnements for a phone that works. Also the house has a 1,500 gallon water cistern so you need to watch how much water you do use daily. All this said we are planning a trip for Janurary in 2010 so we can enjoy the snow, this a beatuiful home and has been taken well care of you will enjoy your stay just as we did. |

| The house is beautiful and the property and view of Pikes Peak are breath taking! We enjoyed every moment we spent at the house both inside and out. The hot tub is an added bonus! The house accomodated the 6 of us perfectly and we would definately recommend this house to everyone. |

Beautiful house! Great location! This was the perfect quiet getaway for our family after spending time in Colorado Springs. On Monday, we enjoyed the nearby Pikes Peak Heritage Center in Cripple Creek. Tuesday, we drove to the Royal Gorge via Phantom Canyon Road (quite the adventure for us flat landers! We had to stop at the Winery at Holy Cross Abbey in Canon City for a tasting to help settle our nerves). Relaxing in the hot tub watching the beautiful Colorado sky & the Pikes Peak view could not be beat! We felt so much at home there. Wish we could have stayed longer. |

| We enjoyed a great week at the cabin in the winter ... The setting and view are strikingly beautiful and the cabin itself is filled with light, not to mention a convenient wrap-around porch. The property is off the beaten path, but not too remote: there is plenty to do in the area. The owner was easy to work with: straightforward about procedures, helpful and responsive to questions, and conscientious about maintenance. She has furnished the cabin generously and tastefully, complete with WiFi and big screen satellite TV ... I don’t know what more anybody could ask for! |

We had a great Thanksgiving at the cabin. We enjoyed playing board games, watching football, taking walks on the beautiful property, and resting. The cabin was perfect for the six of us. We would definitely stay again. |

Your beautiful house provided the perfect venue for our family reunion, held in early August 2007. Eight of our family were immensely comfortable as full-time guests during that week. Our entire gathering of 20+ guests thoroughly enjoyed the roomy layout (we were able to provide for three distinct conversation/seating areas where adolescents, young adults and then us middle-aged folks all had "our space", yet easily mingled with all other guests. Your house was delightful, reasonably priced, and provided a memorable and beautiful high country setting for what proved to be a very successful family reunion. Thanks so much! |

I have had the pleasure to stay in this cabin a number of times! It is a wonderful mix of cozy yet it has plenty of room to spread out. The view of Pike's Peak is amazing and the wrap around deck is a fabulous place to drink coffee and/or bbq or play cards like we do! It is one of mine and my friends favorite places to "get away". Every season is gorgeous up there! I would live there year round if I could. Regards, Amy Archer |
