We had such a wonderful time at the Signature. It
was secluded just enough to allow us privacy and
solitude, yet close enough to the Strip that we
could go out on the town. The apartment itself was
perfect for our needs. I don't think we could have
had a better room at any of the hotels on the Strip,
and it was truly affordable. If we ever come back to
Vegas, I will be contacting Marvin to make
arrangements to stay there again. Thank you so
much Marvin. |

| These accommodations at the Signature in Las Vegas are amazing. We truly enjoyed how nice, friendly and HELPFUL everyone is. The cafe downstairs had terrific food and the room has many amenities not found elsewhere. I highly recommend utilizing this room when possible. Thanks again!! |

| The accommodations were excellent! Every staff member at the Signature, from concierge to valet parking to the poolside were professional, friendly and all about providing you with as much terrific service as possible! The room was very clean and inviting and is beautiful and well-cared for. It was so nice to come "home" to quiet, non-smoking environment after walking through smoky, noisy casinos. The poolside experience was fantastic! We would definitely rent this unit again! |

Thanks to this owner, I was able to have a fantastic weekend getaway with my guy at a beautiful hotel for a reasonable price. He made the transaction so easy and smooth that it was almost as if I had booked it through the MGM Signature website to begin with.

| Perfect for our Vegas escape! Plenty of room for the two of us, well appointed, and a large, nice bathroom complete with robes, television, and a shower AND tub large enough for two. All the amenities were exactly as described and in perfect working order. The Signature facilities and staff were also top notch. Renting the suite could not have been any easier. We will definately be back. |

| We had a wonderful time here at the Signature of the MGM Grand. We rented it for 5 nights from the owner of this jr.suite. The room was clean and had a modern design. The room was close to the elevators, which we loved, very quiet room. We loved the plasma tv, free wireless internet, a large bathroom with a separate shower and a jetted tub. The bed was soft and so comfortable. The staff was the BEST!! The Signature also felt very exclusive. The hotel is gated with a guarded entrance. Only those staying here were able to enter. Will definately stay at the Signature Suites and rent from this owner, EXCELLENT transaction and very helpful. |
