| Marnie, thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful place for three weeks in October 2009. It was a wonderful stay, we all enjoyed the house, the garden and the neighborhood (with a huge playground close by). The kids loved the many toys in the house to play with, and we enjoyed the many amenities the house offered. You truly made our vacation one to remember and would be happy to return to your home on our next Colorado stay. |

Our family stayed at the Garden Paradise (And YES this is truly what this place is!) from 9/20 through 9/27. There was a total of 10 of us from Wisconsin that came out for my brother-in law's wedding at Red Rocks and The Fort. This location was PERFECT..being close to their home in Parker.
Garden Paradise proved to be everything and more. With 10 of us in the house, there was plenty of room so that we did not feel like we were on top of each other. The home's ammenities were so much more than expected! It was really ture that all we had to do was unpack and purchase a few groceries.
The hot tub was an added bonus that was enjoyed by all. My mother-in law actually experienced her first time in one at Garden Paradise!
To those who are looking to rent, I would HIGHLY recommend staying at this home! I know that any of our future trips to Colorado will include a stay here! Thank you SO SO much Marnie! Your home was truly a home away from home! |

We had a great time at your home. We were there to attend our sons' wedding reception. (He got married to a girl from Fort Collins) We then used the house for our annual summer holiday visiting many places in Colorado as well as San Diego. Our sons visited Las Vegas and Yellowstone.
Marnie was very helpful indeed and dealt with all of our requests for help and information. We would strongly recommend that others rent this home away from home.

| Marnie, your home was perfect for our family vacation. Very spacious and welcoming. The sun/playroom was perfect for our grandchildren. All the windows gave the feeling of being outdoors overlooking the huge beautiful garden/yard. We enjoyed all our meals on the patio. Listening to the soft flow of water from the pond and the beauty of the area was so peaceful. Counting fish and checking on the flowers that were blooming on the pond was a daily activity. We did many side trips and your home was perfectly located. We were even able to have Colorado family over for dinner because of all the space. Everyone was thrilled with our VRBO home. The lovely washer & dryer was such a bonus!! We appreciated every amenity. We hope to visit again. Thank you so much. |

We were so delighted to find this wonderful house via the internet in the area where we needed to stay. Traveled all the way from Singapore for our son's wedding in Lone Tree and the house had everything we needed and more!
The piano was a bonus as my niece had a place to practice as she was playing in the wedding. We count it a blessing to have stayed here and would recommend it to anyone.

What a delight to have George and his family at our Garden Paradise and there was a bonus. George's sister who is an artist arrived and recalled she had been here before, 30 years ago (I have owned the home for 25 years). AT that time she was commissioned to paint the back yard. Truly this has been a Garden Paradise for years, i love the synergy. Please come and see it for yourself.

| Your lovely home was very restful, quite comfortable for all six of us plus infant, and conveniently situated. We enjoyed breakfasts on the patio while soaking up the beauty of the private garden every day of our stay. Thank you so much for making the lodging part of our trip to Denver so simply wonderful. |

We were in Colorado for our daughter's wedding and stayed at the house. It was a fabulous space for our family. We had family and friends over and were able to enjoy and relax with them on the patio. It truly helped make our stay in Denver as comfortable as being at home.

| Our week in Colorado was much better for staying at Garden Paradise. We enjoyed all Denver and surrounding area has to offer and we were also able to enjoy long family dinners together in the evening. Relaxing at Garden Paradise also made our trip more enjoyable. Thanks for making this place feel so much like "home". |

| Marnie, Your home is wonderful. Our family of 4 twenty-somethings, 2 60 year olds and an 81 year old had a wonderful time. The hot-tub was a hit with the younger family members while the gazebo with waterfall charmed everyone. The house was so comfortable and large enough that it never felt crowded. Having the washer and steam dryer was such a plus. Everyone agreed that staying at your "Garden Paradise" was the best travel decision we have ever made. We all hope that it is available when my other niece decides to get married. |

| We met 2 other families at the house for weeks vacation. We had a wonderful time and the house is AWSOME! Marnie has taken care of every detail. I spent most of my time in the back yard which is truly great. Every room is well lit and very comfortable. Thank you Marnie for providing a wonderful place to spend our vacation. |

My family and I came together here from 7 different states to celebrate a wedding. The house far exceeded our expectations. From the beautiful backyard to the small details: extra straw hats, a steam dryer for wrinkled packed clothing, a croquet set and toys for young children. The house seemed designed for comfort and relaxation.
With permission from the friendly owner, we hosted the rehearsal dinner accomodating 30 plus people.
All our family agreed it was a highlight of the gathering. We want to come up with an excuse to meet there again!
When we figured out putting up the same amount of people in a nice hotel we realized that the stay here was cheaper and far more comfortable. |

| We had a wonderful time staying at the Garden Paradise. The house was just wonderful and the neighborhood was great for walking. A great place to get together with family...my nieces just loved the backyard and the nearby park was also a hit with the kids! We could not have asked for a better place to stay for our working vacation. |
