| The condo is very comfortable. We had two adults with two teenage boys. Each adult had a bedroom and the boys each had a bed. A real plus versus a pull out sofa. Great location and very quiet. The place has a great kitchen with everything one could want including great spices. The owner was great to deal with. It made our ski vacation perfect. |

| This condo was so comfortable and in a great location! We were debating between staying in Breckenridge or in Frisco and we were so glad we chose Frisco. The condo was very quiet but a quick walk from all the shops and restaurants in the center of town. In addition, you are centrally located to so many great ski areas and just a quick drive or shuttle bus from Breckenridge so you really have the best of both worlds. The condo had everything we needed – it was very clean and well-equipped. If you are looking for a comfortable home base for your ski vacation, this is definitely the place! The owner, Erika, was very responsive and helpful throughout the rental process. We had a wonderful stay! |

We are new to the rental market as of 12/07. We have enjoyed our condo as a 2nd home for over 4 years now, but as our children grew into pre-teens and teenagers, our ability to escape to the mountains (even 1 hr away!) severely diminished due to sports, babysitting duties, friends, etc. Rather than leave the condo empty, we decided to share our 'escape' with others.
If you have traditionally always headed directly to the mountain resorts for your winter escape, consider Frisco. Located in between all of the major ski resorts in Summit and Eagle counties, Frisco offers you the best of both worlds! Choose your destination in the morning, come back to the condo to relax in the hot tub, sauna and pool late afternoon. Then, change into comfy clothes and enjoy a short walk to one (or more) of the many restaurants Frisco offers! Choose from local favorites such as the Boat Yard or Blue Spruce Inn, or go a little exotic with our new Himalayan Restaurant on Main Street, or try Samplings, our new 'tapas' and wine bar. Best of all, after dinner, you only have to walk a short block back to the comfort of the condo.
We recently rode the lift-chair with a gentlemen from Ohio. He told us that they loved staying in Frisco! They had skied Breckenridge on Monday, Vail on Tuesday, then Keystone on Wednesday and were heading home the next day! What a way to experience all the different resorts you choose to!
