Thank you Susie for allowing us to use your beautiful home for our vacation. It was the most relaxing time I have ever had. We enjoyed the pier and bay tremendously ! Your house is magnificant and I absoloutely love the decor- I wouldnt change a thing. My dogs had the time of their life and were completely worn out for about 3 days after we returned home ! I cant say enough wonderful things about your home and our expierience. And.. I do appreciate the use of your net (even though we never could figure it out !) I will definately never forget our time at Twelve Oaks.

I have told everybody about how much fun you guys had at the Mexican Restaurant south of the bridge. I think we need you guys to teach us how to have a good time! Don't worry about the net, once you learn, you will always remember. If we aren't there the next time you visit, I'll check with my neighbor and have him come down and show you. | Thank you for such a wonderfully relaxing vacation spot! Twelve Oaks on the Bay is the perfect place to unwind and take it all in. We had a great time and really enjoyed all that the Choctowhatee Bay area has to offer. Returning to Freeport was like coming home for me and brought back many wonderful childhood memories of summers at the bay AND eating at Nick's! I think our dogs had as much fun as we did--they absolutely loved the water! We can't wait to return next year! |

| We all had such a wonderful time and didn’t want to leave. I could just live here and fish everyday. Hopefully my husband and I can make a weekend trip back this year. I just love the kitchen it is so big and roomy. My son caught a 22 inch Red Fish and we caught a lot of crabs as well. Even my little dogs loved the pier. It was so relaxing!!! I will have to get the picture of the fish from my son’s phone and try and send it to you. Thank yo so much for allowing us to rent your home and we will be back for sure. PS. Let me know when it's flounder season the pier is perfect for flounder fishing. |

We all had such a lovely time at Twelve Oaks, we will try and book another trip later in the summer. Twelve Oaks was the perfect gathering for three generations of our family. We had a picnic under the shade trees and just enjoyed hanging out. It was so much fun to be able to fish from the pier (day or night). My four legged family member especially enjoyed the fenced in back yard as well as chasing the waves at the beach.
Everyone commented that Twelve Oaks didn’t feel like a rental, it felt more like they were coming home. Thanks again for opening up your wonderful home to us. We all walked away with a lot of special photos and the happiest of memories. Thank you so much.

| This was our first time to rent Twelve Oaks on the Bay and we found it very comfortable and peaceful. This is truly what a vacation is all about. Thanks for a wonderful week and we will certainly be back. |

Thank you for sharing your home with our family. We had a wonderful time, even though the weather didn't exactly cooperate. The house is so nice & comfortable, and the property is absolutely beautiful. We can't wait to visit again when hopefully the sun will be shining so that we can fully enjoy all that your home has to offer. You are very lucky to be able to call Twelve Oaks "home"!!

Twelve Oaks is charming. The house is clean and stocked with everything you need to have a relaxing get away. Situated right on the Bay, it offers beautiful sunsets and quiet surroundings. Grayton Beach is 15 minutes away and is a fabulous & uncrowded ocean experience. The sights and sounds of Destin are thirty minutes from you. It is fun to go in and then return to the beauty of the bay. There is a great walking/bike trail right across the street from the house. Susie and Tad are wonderful & gracious hosts who went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Thanks for the memories!

| We absolutly loved our stay at Twelve Oaks on the Bay! We never felt like we were in a rental we felt right at home. The home was spotless and had everything we needed. The dogs enjoyed the large yard and we loved sitting on the pier watching the beauitful sunsets. We'll be back. |

| What a perfect place to get away to. We were far enough away from all the hoop-la that a tourist area can represent but yet close enough to take in the beauty of the beaches and surrounding area. Your home was a perfect match for our family. The large yard and fantastic view of the bay was a relaxing setting. I loved sitting on the dock and just watching nature. I also appreciated the super cleanliness that we found upon checking in. Thanks. |

| Had a wonderful time on the Bay. We especially enjoyed our breakfast on the pier watching the dolphin play. Lots and lots of great birds too. The house was very comfortable and quiet. Great summer break! We will come back if we have another opportunity. |
