Penthouse Suite on the 34th is incredible; view, balcony, ammenities; a five stars stay. My wife and I stayed for 4 days (March 3rd-6th). Location is great, Away from the busy casinos and smoke but close enough to walk to the strip or to the MGM (they are connected) when you are looking for action.
Rental process was fast and hassel free through Paypal. Charles was very easy to deal with. This is my second time at the Signature and 3rd time in Vegas and will highly recommend this property. The best choice.

| My husband and I stayed in this penthouse in Jun 08. It was a very luxurous, clean room which we enjoyed very much with a nice view. We would definitely stay here again ! |

Just as advertised, great location (34th floor penthouse wow), great view of strip from huge balcony, large beautiful room, jacuzzi tub, fair price with everything included (maid service)and no surprise fees. You and your wife were very pleasant to talk with and do bussiness with. I don't understand why people say tower 3 is so far. 10 min walk to MGM casino max. Thanx again for helping make our vacation in Vegas a wonderful experience. |

You are the man! First class suite and premium service with rock bottom pricing. Charles' worry free vacations! I was very impressed with the location of the suite and the beautiful Eiffel Tower view from the balcony. Penthouse floor, center suites really are the premium rooms. Best of all was your truly all inclusive pricing policy - no headaches, worries or 'hidden' extra charges on checkout. Tell all your customers to make use of the concierge - reservations at L'Atelier, VIP passes to Studio 54, etc.
