We just returned from a lovely week in this apartment and wish we were still there! The location was fabulous; within blocks there are more restaurants, bars, and cafes than we could visit, along with great window shopping in the interesting boutiques and shops. The water taxi, a must for every visit, stopped only 2-3 blocks away, and even to get to the beach, was a beautiful and pleasant 30 minute walk.
The apartment itself is delightfully charming, beautifully decorated, with a kitchen which more than met our needs.
But I'd have to say, my favorite spot was out the back door,on the terrace where we spent many hours beside the canal, relaxing and watching the world go by. Life is grand! My thanks for the hospitality!!
