Thank you so much for the use of your lovely condo. It was the perfect place for
us and our little guy. You have done a wonderful job decorating and stocking
the place to make it the perfect home away from home. We would definitely
book there again and recommend it to our friends if they were to vacation on
the Big Island.

Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us. We have rented homes
before & this was the best by far. It was very clean , comfortable!, and had
everything we needed, plus more! It is nice to see the homeowners want others
to enjoy their home as much as they do, it is evident in the care & attention they
put into it!

The condo was nice and clean. We felt like home when we stayed inside. It
was spacious and well organized. The amenities for the kitchen and for doing
laundry was also an extra added convenience.
The location of the condo within the complex was also convenient to visit
nearby shops, restaurants & beaches & was also our central point for when
we toured the island.
We would most likely like to stay again next time we visit the Big Island.
Thanks for allowing us the opportunity to stay!!

We had a wonderful 3 wk. stay at the Fairway Villas. Great location, view and
privacy.
Condo is decorated beautifully, beds very comfortable and seating in the "great
room" cozy.
Loved the size of the kitchen, and the new washer/dryer. Thank you, Ruth & Phil

Top reasons why I loved staying at this condo:
1) Privacy. We love our daughter, but love having her in another room at
night.
2) Proximity to the pool. It was right there, just off the lanai.
3) Great pool! It could be a tad brisk in the morning in October, but still
swimmable. Afternoons were heavenly and the hot tub was fine all the time.
4) Well stocked kitchen. Every dish and appliance I could want.
5) Barbecue grills. They have a half dozen lovely gas grills next to the pool, so
very close.
6) Nice washer and dryer. It was great knowing that we didn't have to pack as
much because we could do laundry as needed.
7) Beach amenities. Ditto on the packing "beach stuff". The condo had way-
cool beach chairs with backpack straps, boogie boards, mats, towels, a hat,
coolers. Everything we possibly wanted.
8) Great location. We were near everything. A short walk to A-bay. 8 minutes
to Hapuna. 12 mintues to Spencer, which was best for us with our daughter.
Even when we decided to go to Hilo for a day, it was a fairly quick trip.
9) Great price. We stayed the first two nights in hotels because the condo
wasn't available. The condo was a much better value.
10) Ease of checkin. No waiting forever at the hotel front desk. Just head up
the elevator with the bags and access the lockbox and your done. Easy
checkout, too.
11) Nice geek stuff. Lovely flat screen TVs with good sound systems, a good
selection of DVDs, and a video game console. We brought a laptop and set it
up for the wireless connection so we could surf the Web. Lots of I-pod
connectivity, though that didn't help me withy my Zune. ;-)
It was a perfect Hawaiian vacation. We'd love to go back and stay there again.
