What a great place to stay, the cabin was perfect for a wonderful
getaway. Plenty of space and everything a person would need to be "home away
from home." Enjoyed the relaxing sounds of the creek in the back. Look forward
to visiting again!!!

My famiy just returned from our 2nd visit to Burke's cabin. As before, everything was wonderful. There are so many nice things to mention. The Burkes have thought of everything and I do mean EVERYTHING...from the clothes steamer right down to the grill top over the campfire (for wiener/marshmallow roasts) creekside! My family was amazed at how little we need to take for our visit because when we rent homes at Myrtle Beach, S.C. we practically have to take everything but the kitchen sink! At the Burke's we don't have to take our own sheets, hand soap, kitchen towels, etc., I would recommend (and have) to anyone. We have taken Fla. friends and S.C. family up to the cabin with us. Brennan, Debbie, Gary Burke and their friendly pets are very special to our family.
Can't wait for our next trip. The women in my family are planning a "girls only" trip for the spring!

We would all like to say a big thank you for allowing us to share your wonderful cabin. The month we stayed was perfect in every way and to have snow on Christmas Day was wonderful. You really go out of your way to make people welcome and all the little extras were very much appreciated.

We loved this beautiful home in a nature-drenched environment to spend our annual adult sister vacation. FANTASTIC! We enjoyed the Biltmore Estate, Dillsboro shops and restaurants, Chimmney Rock, the Swinging Bridge at Grandfather Mountian and many of the beautiful surrounding waterfalls. We will miss the sound of the creek and the awesome Blue Ridge Mountains.

The view of the rushing spring-fed stream was exquisite. The lush vegetation and crisp air left your sinuses care-free. We enjoyyed watching the butterflies and hummingbirds and found the surrounding area beautiful. The house is very comfortable and spacious.

And we enjoyed the brief snow storm. It was nice that it snowed and a relief that it melted so quickly that we could leave on time.
