| We really enjoyed our stay at the house. Nice place, very comfortable and well maintained. We had some trouble regulating the temperature - too cold in basement while too hot on third floor, but otherwise, a great stay! |

Note: This temperature issue is common in the mountains during winter for a tri-level home since there is a single thermostat located on main floor. There are several portable floor heaters throughout the home so you can maintain your heating requirements downstairs and not overheat the upstairs! If you keep the wood stove burning, you will only need a portable heater for downstairs, as the fire keeps the main floor and upstairs quite warm.

| The home was perfect for kids with lots of room to play right out the front door. We really enjoyed the house and it was like a home away from home with everything you would need. |
