| In numerous cabin rentals, I have never dealt with an owner who was as organized and on-the-ball as Tracie! Working with her was SUCH a great experience! The cabin itself was absolutely amazing - much more spacious than we imagined. The bedrooms were HUGE and the kitchen had plenty of space and appropriate cooking supplies for our large group. We also loved how organized everything was - even lightswitches and kitchen drawers were labeled! Our group normally stays in a different location each year, but we were unanimous in wanting to return to this cabin again next year - and maybe every year! |

What a fantastic home and accomodating owners!
Our large group of family and friends were needing a place for a weekend getaway to both Townsend and the National Park and T.Gate was the perfect fit.
The kitchen was big (like everything else) and very well-stocked. We spent hours reminiscing in rocking chairs on the wrap-around porch. The kids had a ping pong marathon and each got their choice of bedrooms downstairs.

| What an incredible experience! This is a warm comfortable cabin that reflects its name well. Sitting on the porch and watching the mist rolling in the valley calmed our spirits and refreshed us. Everything we needed was available and the convenient location was very nice. Our children loved having the game room to be away from the adults. Well worth the drive . We want to go back soon. |

| We of the Martin Family met together once again at Tranquility Gate and spent the Labor Day weekend unwinding and renewing our family ties. We truely love this place. For us it will always be a place of fond memories. We come together twice a year and this time we never left the cabin the whole time. We have skits, board games and our Sunday morning service. Not to mention the good food we enjoy. Laughter is heard drifting down from the front porch to those below. We have such a good time of fellowship together. It is always sad to see the last car pulling out of the driveway. We have already booked our dates for 2009 and we're looking forward to more wonderful memories. |

| Tranquility-the very name captures the essence of a visit to this mountainous paradise. For years we have shared retreats, family vacations or short get-aways to this relaxing and refreshing escape. Roomy enough for group gatherings but with plenty of individual space, we have enjoyed special times of fellowship with one another and the Lord. Physically-restful, Emotionally-calming, Soul-soothing, Spiritually-renewing! Top notch in every way! |

Sehoy and I have been leading annual retreats for nearly 10 years at Tranquility Gate. The peace, grace, beauty, and solitude could not be any greater. Our times here have been remarkable. Each year we have hosted 12 to 14 people and without exception each person was truly blessed. You have the privacy and quiet longed for as well as many activities nearby. I love to hike and Sehoy likes to shop. So we are both in heaven when staying at Tranquility Gate. We could not give a higer recommedation to any place we have ever done retreats. Please come. Avail yourself to this slice of heaven on earth.

| My first time to stay in Tranquilty Gate I fell in love with it. My husband and I were on a fall retreat with several other couples. It's beautiful interior set in the gorgeous Smokey Mtns is ideal for relaxing with a group. We immediatly rebooked with our extended family for the following Thanksgiving and made memories that will always be special. In fact, it was so special, we rented it again for our extended family in the summer and enjoyed entirely different aspects of the cabin and the area. Whether we were shopping and playing in Gatlingburg or Pigeon Forge, swimming with our kiddos in the breathtakingly beautiful river, or just rocking together on the front porch watching the golden leaves fall or listening to the refreshing summer breeze whisper through the trees with a cup of coffee, all three generations fell in love with Tranquility Gate. We all live within a twenty mile radius, but have never felt closer than we did there, a thousand miles from home. We are already looking forward to our next visit. |

| We have stayed here at least 4 times. Every time, it's like going home. The parking is more than adeguate. The owners are very sweet and accomodating. There are plenty of supplies, linens, pots and pans and dishes provided. There is so much to do in the area and you never get bored. The cabin is fantastic. Views are great and we plan to return soon. Best value in the Smokies. |
