| We just completed a 2 month stay at this property. The complex was new and modern with the grounds being kept in meticulous condition. There is a top end gym that we used regularly. The main pool area (there are 3 in total)was gorgeous with top end patio furniture for our use. The condo itself was beautiful. It is a open concept livingroom/dining/kitchen area. All stainless appliances in the kitchen and 3 flat screen TV's throughout the condo. The bonus for me was the double garage. No hauling up golf clubs to the unit after every game. My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at this condo
for about 5 weeks while relocating to the Desert, It is a
great location, dealt directly with the owner who was
very easy to work with all you need is to bring your
toothbrush. we would love to stay there again.
Best value in Palm Springs. |

This winter we had the opportunity to rent this condo and also a unit in Florida which was through a rental agency. We found that renting this Palm Springs condo direct from the Owner was far superior than with a rental agency. There was no lack of attention to detail with this condo and in fact, some extras included that you would not find in 5 star hotels. The owner made himself available to assist in making our 3 weeks very enjoyable. There is always a concern when we are renting in another country but the owner was very dependable and prompt at returning our damage deposit.
We would definitely return and also highly recommend this unit. |

| Great Condo, Great location, wonderful pools and BBQ area. We had some friends in while we stayed there and the main pool area/clubhouse was a great place to entertain. Shane is a wonderful "landlord" - his follow-up is impeccable and his attention to customer service is seldom found these days. We had a great visit. |

| This place was perfect for our needs! We were looking for a two-bdrm condo for a visit to Palm Springs with our in-laws. The condo was exceptionally large, clean, well-equipped and decorated with taste. The beds were comfortable, the plasma tvs in each room were a nice touch and the kitchen and dining area were great for entertaining our large family. The owner was a pleasure to deal with, the price was great and the facilities (great BBQ, hot tub, gym and pool) were close-by and fun to use. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! |

| This place is great. The owner is very pleasant and made everything quite easy for us. The condo is clean, relaxing and generally terrific and the price reasonable. I would definately stay there again. |

We had the good fortune to stumble on this place
while planning a last minute getaway for
Thanksgiving. The owner bent over backwards to
make sure that we could get there even though we
were planning a day before leaving. When we
arrived the place exceeded our expectations - it
was clean, beautifully decorated with new
appliances and plasma screen TVs, and most
importantly, it was quiet - a haven away from the
city. We will most certainly be back and I would
encourage others to stay there as well (as long as it
is not when we go up)! Thanks so much! |
