| if your headed to gulf shores...check with todd first on their condo...location, neatness, keyless entry a big plus(no more...who has a door key?)..todd was polite, courteous, fast to respond to any questions either by phone or e-mail. we had a great time..and i'm sure you will also. |

Todd's condo was perfect. The 10th floor corner balcony was the best - it was roomy and had a beautiful view. The inside was very comfortable and I loved all the color. Todd was also very easy to work with.

| The condo was nicely furnished and very clean. It was “as advertised”, which is not always the case when renting some of these units. It’s a corner unit and has an absolutely beautiful sunset view. Working with Todd was a pleasure. |

| This condo was great! It was clean, nicely furnished/stocked and conveniently located near the intersection that leads up to Foley. Todd was great to work with to make the arrangements and quickly refunded our deposit. |
