| Just got home today. We had such a wonderful trip. Thanks so much for sharing your adorable home with our family. This house is such a great house for families. Our children enjoyed the pool and roof top deck so much. We had two really rainy days (actually hurricane Alberto) but no problem - we played ping pong in the garage and enjoyed playing board games in the spacious family room. The house is decoreted so festive - it has a Disney feel to it - this is such a great vacation spot - Thanks again! |

| This house made for the perfect Charleston vacation. The location was wonderful, being a couple of blocks from the beach and only about 15 mins to downtown. The open floorplan and huge, fully stocked kitchen made it easy to cook and entertain ourselves without even leaving the house. The pool was great for relaxing after a long day at the beach and the porches were perfect for lounging in the evening. We are already planning our next trip to this incredible vacation home! |

| This house was perfect for our family. Our three daughters and I had PLENTY of space in the three bedrooms downstairs, and my parents were very comfortable upstairs. With the pool right there, we hardly had to leave the house, but we all enjoyed the two-block walk to the beach. I look forward to staying here again next year! Thanks so much! |

| Your wonderful beach house was a real pleasure to visit - perfectly equipped and all the website promised. The beach (very short walk and thanks for the use of the wagon!) and the pool kept us all refreshed and relaxed. Our first time booking a house online and you made it so simple and straightforward. We had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed the house. It easily accommodated all 10 of us. The pool was great and really refreshing. We took advantage of the grill, the beach chairs and the bikes! We especially liked sitting on all of the decks and enjoying the different views of the neighborhood and the view of the ocean from the 3rd floor deck - it was strange how that owl never moved (ha!). We went to several of your restaurant recommendations and especially liked Sullivan's Seafood and The Boathouse! Overall - a great place on a great island! We'll be recommending to our friends and family!! Thanks for sharing your home!

| Our stay at 17 Sand Dollar was fabulous. The home is beautifully decorated, has everything you could possibly want(and need)in a home, and is conveniently located to beach,restaurants,shopping,etc. We had 10 adults and two children and had PLENTY of room. We can't wait to visit again in the summertime to enjoy the pool. Owners were very easy to work with in setting up our vacation. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking to have a great experience on the Isle Of Palms! |

| My scrapbooking friends and I had a wonderful weekend at your beautiful home. We go away twice a year and have stayed in many beach homes over the years. Your home had plenty of space for all 10 of us, as well as for all our supplies! We enjoyed sitting on the porches and walking on the beach. The short drive to Charleston was a plus for sure. This was our second stay in your lovely home. My daughter and her husband have stayed in your home three times. I can't say enough good things about your place. The pool was a perfect addition and nice refresher after a day at the beach.
You offer every ammenity and I look forward to staying in your home again real soon. I highly recommend your house to singles, families and couples who just want alone time.

Your beach house is beautiful. Our family of twelve--eight adults and four children--from CO, PA, SC, and OH, spent a wonderful week there enjoying the house and all its amenities, especially the pool. The house is spacious, and at no time did it ever feel overcrowded. We liked the fact that the beach was such a short walk and that beach chairs, umbrellas, and even a wagon were provided. We are hoping to return again next year for another family reunion.

| We had a wonderful time staying at this lovely house on the Isle of Palms. The house was perfect for our sorority girlfriend reunion. We enjoyed the beach and the pool, but the kitchen had to be the hottest spot during the vacation. We hope to rent the house again. |

| Thank you so much for sharing your second home with us. My family rented your home from May 5-10, 2004 and we had a wonderful time. This was the last vacation we could take as a whole family because our Mom just passed away. Charleston was a place she had always wanted to see and staying on Isle of Palms was perfect. We were able to sit around the big dining room table and eat or just sit around the living room and be together as a whole family. There were 12 of us total and we had plenty of space! My brother searched and found this beautiful house online and our whole family was thankful. We are so glad to have those memories and have even talked of going there again because it was so beautiful and relaxing. Thank you again. The Cornelius/Brennan Families. |

| We had a great week! Of the 10 or so vacations we have had on IOP, this house had the most things that make a vacation fun and relaxing.You only need your clothes. Great pool and decks and great location. The kids{ages 1-14} all had a great time, and found plenty to do. Games, bikes, beach chairs, books, magazines, and all the modern updates are here. | wow!! We had an excellent time during our visit beginning 6/26/04. We had our 3 adult children, their spouses, our 2 grandchildren and never felt crowded. The pool and the deck area are great and this is still..at least we think so... the nicest beach area in the USA. We hope to return many times in the future...thanks for making this so nice...and for the the great emails we have traded. |

The trip was great and the weather could not have been better. Everyone had a good time and there was plenty of room for kids and adults. My compliments to you on the design of the pool. I was having trouble picturing the above ground-in ground pool from the pictures on the web site. But that was before the deck was added. Maybe we can make it down in the future to enjoy the pool and the beach.

| Our stay at 17 Sand Dollar, Isle of Palms was nothing short of paradise! The weather was cold, but the warmth and comfort of the home was welcoming. The beautiful wood floors throughout, the lovely decor, and the 'never want to get up' bedding made for a fabulous vacation for six Texan girl friends! We found the location to work well for all of our outings to Charleston, the beach, and the historic homes and plantations. It was an amazing few days in an amazing place--thanks. |

| I chose the Sansbury home strictly on nice pics on the website. I was very satisfied with the decor, cleanliness and size of the bedrooms, baths and kitchen. We had plenty of room to host a wedding brunch for my new daughter in law. I was proud to show our home for the weekend. I felt like it was mine! |

| The house is gorgious. The Christmas decorations got us in the mood for the holiday season. The little ones loved the "moon roof" deck with strand of lights where we looked at the moon through the telescope and hunted for Santa's sleigh every night before bed. The beach ornaments on the tree are adorable. The size of the bedrooms was wonderful..the online photos don't do them justice. Everything worked and was clean, which is a nice change when renting a place for the first time! I highly recommend this quiet neighborhood and close beach walk to all families, large and small, to make great memories. It was a great Thanksgiving holiday week! |

| I echo Mary West's comments (9/24/03)--I was one of the nine Heart Friends who came to Isle of Palms after reading Mary Alice Monroe's THE BEACH HOUSE. Brent's beach house couldn't have been more perfect for us as we came to connect with loggerheads and with each other. Everything you could possibly need or want is lavishly and beautifully provided, but more than that, we just loved the warm personality of the house that made us feel right at home. (You will love the wonderful family pictures on the walls!)We all wish we could come back and we'd highly recommend it to anyone (with or without a pool!) |

Nine other women from all over the U.S. met at IOP and stayed at Brent's BEAUTIFUL beach house! We absolutely loved every moment of our stay and we all referred to the house as OURS. So comfortable, and beautifully decorated, and just a two minute walk to beautiful beaches. We were even blessed with the experience to seeing loggerhead turtles hatch.
We spent many evening hours on the lovely screened in porch, just visiting and soaking in each moment of our time together in a most wonderful atmosphere. I'd highly recommend this house to anyone.... as long as it didnt' conflict with a time when I wanted to use it. :-) Thanks to the owners for sharing their home! |

| Our stay was one of total relaxation and true contentment. We felt as at home and truly wished we could call this house are home. There were 3 couples and we all felt like we had plenty of space and privacy. We took full advantage of all the balconies with the rooftop balcony being our favorite. | This is a fabulous house in the best part of Isle of Palms - nice quiet neighborhood, short walk to the beach, and the widest part of the beach too! Our teenagers loved to escape to the rooftop deck. The porch was extremely pleasant night or day. Everyone found their "spot" in the house to do their own thing. Very clean & tastefully decorated. A bonus having bikes & beach chairs available. We will definitely be back. Our best renting experience to date! |

You put alot of love into that house and we could tell...Thank you for the house. We already are talking about reserving for next year...We looked through the guest book and saw that you are going to add a pool. If so, that would be wonderful.
