My wife and I stayed at the Seagate for the second time in April 2006, and we absolutely loved it. For those of you looking for a low-key, well-priced, beautiful place in a great location on the island, this is it. The Seagate is basically a "villa" type complex with 4-5 units I believe, and a beautiful courtyard/garden area and pool. It is walking distance to one of the best stretches of Grace Bay Beach and one of the best in-shore snorkeling reefs on the whole island. We saw sea turtles on the grass flats every day, and the reef and tropical fish are breathtaking. Eva and Rahul, the owners of Seagate, are great hosts, very helpful and accomodating, and are a great resource of local knowledge, i.e., - car rental, good restaurants, stuff off the "beaten path". The Seagate is a short drive to the Turtle Cove marina area, and to the main "strip" of Grace Bay where most of the restaurants and shops are, which is nice, yet the Seagate is located on is quite quiet and doesn't get a lot of traffic.
I would definitely recommend the Seagate for those traveling to Providenciales who are not looking for the big resort experience.

The SeaGateis fantastic I have stayed there 5 times in the last 7 years. Great rooms,pool, beach and snorkeling.
Eva and Rahul treat you like family. I would and have told my friends to stay at the seagate if they want a good time |

| We recently stayed at The Seagate, April 2006. This was our first trip to Turks and Caicos and The Seagate. Our accomadations were fabulous, we felt as if we were in our own home. Eva is a fabulous host. The pool is beautiful and private. If you are looking for a beautiful place to stay, but a bit off the beaten path, this is the place for you. |

| The seagate was great. Small development right next to the beach that was spacious and very comfortable. not to mention it is located on possibly the best stretch of grace bay beach, with a offshore reef, and very quiet, it is the perfect place to get away on a first class beach without spending an unneccessary amount of money on a condo. The Condos were more than adequate for a nice stay. If you are looking for superior luxury spend 2000 a night, but for a nice place that is spacious and quality, this place is much better than most other complexes. Stay away from all-inclusive. |

| We just stayed at the Seagate for the 5th time in seven years -- obviously, we're satisfied customers. What more could you ask for -- private pool, great owners, close to the beach, clean rooms, access to BBQ grill (great for grilled lobsters/tuna/steaks)! I would recommend the Seagate to ANYONE! |

| Believe everything you read about the Seagate in it's reviews and, unless you absolutely want an all-inclusive, don't waste your money at one of the larger, more expensive resorts. We have traveled somewhat extensively within the U.S., Bermuda, Hawaii, Mexico (where we own a timeshare) and several islands in the Caribbean and I can honestly say that the week we spent with Eva & Rahul at the Seagate was the best experience we ever had. They treated us like their house guests and the only problem you will have is leaving! |

| The Seagate was wonderful for our family. We stayed in the upstairs 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit and the views were spectacular. Very spacious and clean. Try Sail Provo for a great day sailing and snorkeling. The beach is very close to the Seagate and is so far undeveloped compared to the resort clogged areas at the other end of Grace Bay. Very nice place to stay. |

The Seagate is a delightful oasis of tranquility in a
perfect location. The nearby swimming, snorkeling
and beaching are world class. Eva is a delightful
hostess and our two bedroom condo was perfect and
very spacious. |

We find that the Seagate suits our needs very well. When we have had enough beach walking and snorkeling we can relax in the sheltered garden by the pool. This is our fourth visit to the Seagate and we look forward hopefully to our fifth in 2006. Eva and Rahul, you are excellent hosts. We appreciate your generous hospitality very much.

We had a wonderful celebration of our 50 year marriage and
Elaine's big 70th birthday. Our families from NJ and CT loved every minute. Thanks to Eva & Rahul's ecommendations we found great restaurants, a Provo sail trip, a photographer, snorkeling and scuba diving. The two spacious apartments were perfect for the 12 of us.
