We decided to take a last minute weekend trip to the desert and after looking at hotel options we realized we could get so much more in a privately owned condo – and no resort or parking fees. The “Tincup Cottage” was everything as described and more. Booking was fast and easy. The condo was well appointed, clean, great views, large patio and directly across from the pool. The best part? Very kid friendly. Our two year-old loved the toy cabinet, children’s books, pool toys and large secured patio. We loved the DVD library, large TV and wireless internet connection. Monterey Country Club is beautiful and well located. Kids or no kids, we highly recommend this condo and look forward to a return visit.

Great place!!! The heated pool/hot tub is right across the fairway and the golf course and community are beautiful. The owners are easy to work with and the condo is well stocked with essential kitchen items and pool towels and toys. The weekly rate seemed fair and there was no extra taxes or cleaning fees. I would definitely rent this condo again.
