| What a wonderful place this is to stay. We loved the gorgeous home and it was the perfect place for our family to all get together. Everything you need is there. The kitchen is huge and a dream! We only had a chance to use the spa one time, but really enjoyed it. The master bedroom is super nice! The owners were very easy to communicate with with any questions we had. It is a lovely home that provides a wonderful place to get together with family and friends. Hopefully we will get another opportunity to stay there. |

| The pictures do not do this home justice. It is luxurious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. My friends and I were perfectly content to be snowed in for three days in this house last winter. As the snowstorm raged outside, we were toasty and comfortable inside, making meals in the professional kitchen, making full use of the cappuccino maker, watching the large flat screen TV over the fireplace, and of course taking dips in the hot tub with a picture perfect view of the snow covered trees outside. The house feels very secluded yet it is close to everything in South Lake Tahoe. We cannot wait to stay here again! |

I had to get a prescription of Zoloft now because not being in this cabin has led me to depression. Only kidding. But, I did not want to leave! One week was just not enough next time I’m going for two.
My family and I had a wonderful time this past winter in the cabin. It was a stormy-icle land and I could not have been happier. Thank God, or man, for Jeeps. Two-wheel drive in the winter is not a great idea even with chains. We had difficulties with our 2-wheel drive truck so we kept it parked in the 2-car garage (nice) and used family jeeps; once we finally got it up the hills. There are a few hills getting up to the cabin, a Jeep’s best friend; not so much with a 2 wheel.
It was beautiful inside and out very spacious for a 3 bedroom. The master suite was the best, especially the jet tub. The interior design was cozy and inviting. From the dark wood floors to the earth tone accents and of course the gas fireplaces. Loved the carpet, be careful though it is white-ish. No shoes policy is a definite must. There is a nice bench in the foyer to sit on and remove your shoes though. I am all about convenience and comfort.
The Kitchen, Wow! I loved it cooking is just not the same now. I am saving up to be a millionaire so I can have a gourmet kitchen of my own. Don’t worry about bringing a lot of food because there are plenty of stores around. One little market within walking distance. There were some great added essentials too! Like spices, smore-stuff, oils, etc... Espresso machine, huh, who doesn’t want to learn how to use? Fun stuff.
The rooms were cozy and inviting. Did not want to leave behind MY master suite, it was a good hide-away from the family at times. My bath time is nowhere near in comparison to the luxury from the jet tub. And the walk in stone shower with his and her shower heads, need I say more. Amenities I found: Calgons bubble bath, extra towels, magazines, some mini shampoo, massage lotion and nice candles. Oh and ladies there was a blow dryer.
Bring as many clothes and shoes as possible so you can fully appreciate the spacious closet, with drawers and shoe racks. Don’t worry about laundry there is a very nice laundry room with oversized washer and dryer.
I could go on and on so let me get to my recommendations:
Bring a 4-wheel drive for the winter season
Cook! It is therapeutic in this kitchen
Bring music CD’s for the whole-house music system
Play at least one family board game hidden in the living room bench seat
And, If you find a red doggy traction slipper it’s mine.

Our group had an excellent vacation here this winter! The house is gorgeous - better than we expected. The master suite is unbelievable, with a huge bathroom that includes a walk-in stone shower and luxurious jacuzzi soaking tub.
The best parts were the little touches, like bubble bath, board games/books, and cooking supplies. It was clear that the owners had spent time thinking about what an actual guest would want during a stay. In fact, it was so comfortable that I skipped skiing entirely and relaxed at the house instead.
We had a few minor issues come up during the stay (who doesn't?) but the owners handled them quickly. Certainly nice to work with people who are attentive.
We're definitely looking forward to returning!

My extended family and (9 total)I stayed here for Christmas 2007. Wow, what a great time, and great place, Jeff and Kim where wonderful, and the house was beautiful. Everything you'll need for a great, comfortable, and memorable stay. You'll love it.

This was just what we were looking for in a rental. The latest technology, an incredible master suite and beautifull backyard and I can't forget the awesome kitchen. Simply put, it is a great place to unwind after a absolutely beautifull day at Heavenly!! We'll be back for sure!!

| You will love this luxurious home with too many amenities to list. We felt spoiled our entire vacation! Our group actually argued over who "got" to cook in the dream kitchen. The house is so spacious that 8 people didn't feel crowded a bit. The stereo system throughout the home was so fun! We plan to return to this amazing home! |
