We spend our "Thanksgiving Day" here at 11 N. Westridge, very nice place, and grea for a large family. For new visitors coming in, you have to stand on the back deck and watch the awesome WV sunrise and sunset, it's beautiful. Wild and Wonderful Forever!!!! We have spent several Thankgivings at Snowshoe and we will continue to return. Thank the Lord for the love of our family! We miss the family that is not here with us. "Go Mountaineers"

18 Slopes open, packed snow, great day to open season and get in shape to ski this year. Foggy Sat + Sun. Could not see the view today, but we know it's there...seen it before.

We're sitting here on the balcony/big deck looking out onto one of the most beautiful + breath-taking views. The sun is shining and we hear nothing but the birds chirping and the occasional dog bark. Thank you for welcoming us to this true sanctuary. We are going to go on a family hike, then a picnic and all this after noon.
