My family and I rented this condo on short notice, it became available after a cancelation. It was everything we could have hoped for. It was very comfortable, scenic, and in a perfect location to enjoy all that Ambergris Caye has to offer. It is a very pleasant walk down the beach to go to town diving/fishing/ etc. The dive shops will pick you up on the pier out front, and Capt Robbie lives on the ground floor - he charters two fishing boats. The best part is that Cathy, who lives locally, meets you at the airport and gets you situated in the condo and gives you a tour of the town and advice on local activities. We thoroughly enjoyed this vacation!

The Condo was Great! Cathy and Bubba (manager's) were fabulous people and we both had a great time with them. The diving was very excellent we'd return in a heartbeat.
