| We enjoyed our stay at Chenay Bay very much. The cottage was very nice and met our needs. We really liked having the kitchen facilities. Bob and Sue always made sure we were happy and even provided some additional kitchen supplies (dish soap, paper towels, etc)to get us going. The beach and pool at Chenay Bay are beautiful. Kayaks, sunfish and snorkel gear are all available for guest use. Everyone we met there was very nice. We plan on visiting again! |

We are returning in 2/08 for our second visit to this charming duplex. Its setting is quiet and private, with a beautiful beach view from the porch.
We appreciated the relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff, and we had access to interesting long walks. We enjoyed most of our meals at the resort restaurant, which served very nice food.
All in all, St. Croix is absolutely charming, and we think Chenay Bay is a totally pleasant place with everything you need for a Caribbean escape. |

Chenay Bay occupies a superb location on St.Croix offering delightful views at all times of the day and night. It has a wonderful private beach replete with lots of beach "toys" (sea kayaks, et.al.), a large pool, jacuzzi, tennis courts and a lovely outdoor restaurant/bar with good food and live music.
I'd go back in a heartbeat.

A nicely renovated half cottage, perfect for a couple. We had many breakfasts on the porch enjoying one of the best views on the Island. The restaurant in the complex has excellent food at reasonable prices. The friendly and casual atmosphere here makes for a relaxing vacation. |

We spent ten days in this wonderful property in 2006, and enjoyed the apartment, the full facility, and the island immensely. The staff were very friendly and helpful; the food was excellent (and plentiful!) and the atmosphere was restful. We particularly enjoyed the waterfront activities-- boating, snorkeling, swimming, and taking a picnic in a kayak to a secluded island,. We would recommend this property for couples seeking a relaxing time away from the glitter and bustle, but close enough to good restaurants and shopping to enjoy a balanced and restful vacation. |

Homeowner Response:
Just to clarify, the "apartment" is one half of a cottage, all on the ground level, with it's own private porch and entrance
