| We rented this condo for labor day weekend and had a blast! First time at Hilton Head and will definitely be coming back real soon. The condo was clean and perfect for what we wanted and it was right on the beach...with a beach view! Owners were willing to work with you around your schedule and needs...very accommodating. Highly recommended! |

| I stayed in this villa with 3 others over Labor day weekend. The villa was VERY nice. It was stocked with everything you need (toilet paper, towels, linens, cooking utensils, paper towels, trash bags, etc.). Once we walked in it felt like we were on vacation, the place has a GREAT view, probably one of the best in the resort. It is very conveniently located to the beach and the pool. There is a Tiki hut and a sports grill on site which you can walk to. My friends and I def. would recommend and will recommend this villa to anyone who wants to have a nice relaxing getaway to the beach. The owners were very flexible with allowing us early check and late check out which was very accommodating!!!! |

Owners comments. We have owned this villa for about 5 years. This is the first year we are renting on our own previously using rental companies. The onsite rental company Hilton Head beach & Tennis always gave us a gold rating, which is the highest rating possible. We maintain our villa better as we have control of the cleaning and maintenance ourselves. Our villa is in the B building which is the closest to the pool and beach. We chose the second floor to get a great view with not too many steps. There is an elevator at the back of the building if you need it. We try to work with all guests to make sure you have a great time. In these times where money is tight we also try to work with you to make sure you have a vacation and do not cancel it. We also allow early checkin at 11:30 AM which gives you an extra half day for free. E-mail or call if you have any questions. Have a great vacation!
