| We had the best Christmas ever! Property manager was amazing and so helpful! Even in a snow storm made sure our walk way was shoveled and clear. The house was perfect! Loved the kitchen, was perfect for cooking our Christmas feast. Loved the bathrooms, I wished I could have stayed longer. We all would come together at night in the games room for some quality family time. Couldn't have asked for anything more! Perfect 5 stars! |

We had a great time at this house. The game room was perfect for the kids and the french doors close, keeping the rest of the house quiet. The property manager was very accommodating. We had everything we needed and the location was perfect. Four wheel drive could be helpful for the driveway in times of icy weather. We would definitely stay there again! |

The Guesthouse was absolutely perfect for our family's summer get-together! The inside was comfortable, clean, and handsomely outfitted to match the landscape with the log furniture. Our family spent a lot of time at the house, cooking, BQ'ing, playing games, laying in the hammock, etc. It definitely felt like a retreat because it was in such a beautiful and peaceful location. My favorite things were the large double-headed shower, the hammock, the view of the Animus River set against the mountains, and being able to watch the Silverton-Durango Train going by each day. John was a perfect host as well, going out of his way to make sure we had a perfect stay...which we did. I would love to come back in the Fall or Winter! |

| This is the perfect place for a family vacation. It's peaceful and quite, a lovely view and you can see and hear the Animas River. The house is unique and comfortable and the game room is great. Plenty of room to spread out and relax. A short distance from Durango and so accessable. We would certainly reccommend this place for anyone, young or old. |

| Our family stayed here for a soccer tournament. The game room was a huge hit. The furniture had amazing woodwork. The view of the mountains from the back porch was beautiful. The horses behind the house are so sweet and gentle. You can see the Silverton train pass by the house everyday. There is so much to do around here such as horse back riding which my daughters loved to the hotspring along with many others. We had a blast and we definately want to come back again! |

| Our families (2 with a total of 5 children) stayed at this house for our recent ski trip to Durango. The house is fabulous. Very spacious and the owners were very customer focused. The house was perfect for kids - a huge game/entertainment room that kept our kids occupied in the evenings. Lots of board games, videos, book, not to mention the pool, ping-pong and fuse-ball tables!! We loved this house and will stay there again!! |
