| We have stayed at this condo in both winter and summer and really loved it! It has plenty of space, comfortable beds, and a great location. The kids love the "bunk bed room" and being able to play right outside the front door. We also liked how close it is to the all the Village shops and restaurants. We wouldn't stay anywhere else! |

| My favorite place to stay in Mammoth! The 4 bedrooms allow for lots of family and/or friends to join in on the great times. And when you come home from a great day of skiing, choose a movie from the DVD collection, like Spinal Tap or Office Space and keep the good times going! We love it there! |

Welcome to our listing. Like Kevin, we love our place in Mammoth and all the great times in winter and summer we enjoy with family and friends. We think you'll find our unit very cozy, regardless of how many beds you fill up. One great feature is the 4-bed bunk room for kids. The location is ideal for a "hassle-free" experience as we're a short walk to the Village and nearby amenities. Speaking of which, be sure to check out the brand new Westin hotel -- with bar and restaurant -- just across the street. We hope you enjoy your stay as much as we always do!

Yes, I stay here every time I go to Mammoth. And yes, that's because I own half of the condo. Just wanted to welcome anyone that decides to rent our place and enjoy the great Sierra Nevadas as much as we do.
