My family took a one week vacation from Texas to California. We ended our trip in San Francisco and were lucky enough to find your home. This was the perfect ending to a wonderful vacation. Your home is luxurious and homey all at the same time. When we come back, we will definitely stay here again. Thank you so much for opening your home up to us. |

| Thank you for a wonderful week in San Francisco. Our accommodations were lovelier than the photos could show. The "Guest Castle" is located in close walking distance to the Golden Gate Park and many family owned restaurants, markets and shops. It is also close to a muni line. We highly recommend this treasure. |

| Thank you Michael! We had a great stay. Very comfortable and excellent central location to GG Park and the Museums, Haight Street, Ocean Beach and all the restaurants from Cole Valley to Richmond. Beautiful Garden and back deck to wind down after a busy day. |

| My daughter and I realy enjoyed staying at this property. The family lives upstairs, which gives it a "at home" feel. The back garden is delightful and the are very stf. At these rates, we would whole heartedly recommend this property. |

| We had a lovely time in the guest castle. Perfect for two adults and two small kids (pull out couch not great for adults). Gorgeous kitchen, very convenient location. One thing to note: carefully check street sweeping signs to avoid parking tickets on both sides of the street. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return! |

| This is a wonderful guest suite in SF. It is beautiflly appointed. It is located in a quite and safe neighborhood yet convenient to go everywhere with public transportation system. Mike, the landlord is a very nice person and is very knowledgable about SF. We really loved this place and will definitelly come back to this place when we visit SF next time. On top of everything, the price is good, too. I'll definitelly recommend this place to my friends. |

I just stayed here for a week while attending a
conference in downtown. The Muni makes it easy
to get anywhere in the city, and there are plenty of
restaurants with delicious food just a couple blocks
away. If you're driving, it is also easy to get
anywhere, traffic is low in this part of town.
In addition to the convenience, this is a lovely place
in a quiet neighborhood, freshly remodeled and
decorated beautifully. When I visit San Francisco
again, I'll definitely try to stay here again!

Our two-night stay has been very great. It was a nice find, since hotels in the city are rather expensive. The owner, Michael, is very kind and knowledgeable, and he has done a very fine job of furnishing the place. Although it can never feel like one's own home, it is a nice getaway, as there are many amenities included and there's also a serene backyard porch.
Stay here if you can, but if it's not available, stick to rental apartments, B&Bs, and inns, instead of hotels.

| This was an excellent value! Lots and lots of amenities - old world charm combined with hi tech kitchen and Internet access. The back patio was an added bonus. We had our own car, and were provided with a parking permit in a nice residential neighborhood. Elegant, antique furnishings, a very clean property, and a charming host enhanced a pleasurable stay. |

We 4 stayed together in this comfortable apartment. The area is nice and quiet - 10 minutes walk to the Golden Gate Park - several restaurants, shops and pubs nearby - very good connected to the MUNI. We loved the terrace and the kitchen. Very easy checkin/out. Nice landlord! Thank you, Michael :-)

| I booked this apartment for some friends of mine. Booking was very easy and convenient and the hosts were very nice. Everything in the apartment was a promised. My friends liked especially the yard and the kitchen. The area is great, close to the park, lots of very good restaurants and next to Muni. Good value. |

| I stayed here with my husband for a week and it was the best experience i ever had staying anywhere. I would have easily paid double or triple the price for staying at a place as nice as this, its a GREAT value! Everything is A++ Getting their was EASY. We took the N line judah all the way from the airport to 2 blocks away from this beautiful place. I never needed to take a taxi or anything like that because everything is so close! I will DEFINITELY be staying here on our next trip to San Francisco! Thank You! |
