FANTASTIC! Lovely resort, stunning, spacious villa, very clean and comfortable, a real home from home. Great pool and games room for the kids.
Very convenient for Disney and shopping of course!
The Welcome pack and phone call are lovely personal touches and much appreciated. Julia and Stephen at the management company provide an excellent service too.
We all had a brilliant stay and would recommend it to anyone.

| My family had a great time in Orlando. The house was large, clean, and the grounds were beautiful - the management company was very responsive to any needs/problems. The house has everything you could need to make it a home away from home. The property is 10 to 15 minutes from Disney. Thanks! |

| An amazing house in a fantastic quiet area. The house is situated in a perfect spot for easy access to theme parks and local shops etc. My family stayed there for a 2 week stay and we enjoyed a very comfortable stay in this lovely well equipped house. I would have no worries in recommending this house to anyone wanting to enjoy Florida from a comfortable, convenient location. Thank you particularly to the owners who even arranged for a bottle of champagne and treats to be left out ready in the villa for our arrival (we were getting married during our stay in Florida!). An awesome villa that I hope to return to soon! Thank you.x |

Words can’t express. Most definitely I would recommend this place to others in the Bahamas. We enjoyed our stay and looking forward to another visit next year with our whole family and others, God’s willing. If we had it and along with time, we would do it all over again in a split second. All ten of us had a great time.
The villa was very clean, plenty of room. Had all you need plus more.
The kids enjoyed the swimming pool and playing pool, so a relaxing time was had by all. Will definatly be booking again for next year!

We are a family from Iceland, 4 adults and 3
children 7y and twins 5y and we just loved the
house. This was not our first time in Terra Verde
but the first time we rented this house. When we
will come again this villa will be on the top of our
list. We vere in very good contact with the owners
and also the company that takes care of the house.
Icelandic standars are very high and it was just
more then we had hope for. Very clean, very bright,
very very well equiped (linen, tv´s, playstation x 2,
the game room, allt the P2 games, videos, cd´s).
For those of you with ifants everything is there for
you.

We just returned from a one week stay at "Paradise" and can't say enough about the property. First and foremost it is very clean, bright and lives up to its description in every manner.
We had a party of nine - four adults and five kids ages 17, 16, 13, 11 and 6. The villa accomodated us all very comfortably and managed to meet the varied needs and expectations of our group.
The Villa is well equipt with plenty of kitchen gadgets, pool and bath towels, lots of closet space and all the baby essentials (brought back memories of hauling strollers, car seats and playpens when we travelled - wish we had this place back then)
The kids loved coming home from a long day at Disney and jumping into the pool - the adults headed for the hot tub. We had a couple of stormy evenings but the kids didn't complain when we pulled them out of the the water, they just headed to the games room and played pool for the rest of the evening. We didn't think the TV's in each room would be used however we found it a good way to get the kids to unwind at night. While the Terra Verde facilities looked very nice, we didn't use them as we had everything we wanted at the Villa.
We found the owners to be very responsive to our questions and even took the time to contact us at the beginning and end of our stay to make sure everything was satisfactory and living up to our expectations. The management company was very efficient and service oriented. For example, when we requested an adjustment to the pool heat (it was too warm), they were at the house within 15 minutes.
The property is an easy 10 - 15 minute drive to Disney and very close to shopping (eg. Outlet Malls, Super Wal-Mart).
Based on our experience, we would not hesitate to recommend this Villa to others. We don't have a negative thing to say about it! |

We own Paradise at Terra Verde. We have just purchased this villa so this is the first year the property has been up for rent - hence the lack of feedback. The property was given a complete makeover during our visit in February 2008(Tiling throughout, painting throughout, new linen, new games room, Plasma screen TV in living room) so that everything will be perfect for your visit. Please join us and have a magical vacation.
