We had so-o-o much fun staying in this lovely home. We celebrated Mrgan's 7h birthday. Mark was home for mid-tour from Iraq. We celebrated being a family. We saw two bears, a mama & baby. The baby climbed up the apple tree and had a feast. We will come back! Thanks from our family.

We enjoyed our stay here; the garden is lovely and the koi pond with its waterfall is so relaxing. Great house - great time; we wish we could stay longer. However, we will have shared memories and lots of pictures to remind us for years to come.

From guest book: We had a fantastic time! Our 3 1/2 and 21 month old boys love this "mountain house!" They especially loved feeding the koi fish. They named the big yellow fish "Harry", "Red Dot" for the little yellow one with the red dot, "Blackie" for the big black one & "Ms. Piggy" for the multi-colored one who ate the most food! Thank you for the fabulous bonding time with my family & grandsons!
PS We especially enjoyed your beautiful flowers, foliage & greenery!!!

| We rented the house to celebrate my 40th birthday and it proved to be a great choice, despite the rest of our party being snow-bound in Denver. The house was very comfortable with good decor. The kitchen and baths were very nice. Loved the master bath shower! Although it was not a feature we were looking for, the lighting through out the house was very impressive. You can get your romatic groove on in this house, or light it up for the family. Landscaping is stunning and there are great views from just about anywhere inside or outside the house...including from the hot tub, which we especially enjoyed. Very convenient location to just about anything you need to survive vacation. I think we were there about 2 hours when we first started talking about returning. Can't wait! |

What a fantastic rental!!! My husband, 3 year old son and I stayed
for a week and absolutely adored it! It is close in proximity to all sorts of
things, from the hot springs in Glenwood to fall colors in the mountains (and a
fabulous coffee shop in Carbondale - Dos Gringos!). The house came with all the
necessities, with style. Perfect for relaxing in the hot tub after a long hike or
in front of the fireplace on a chilly evening. And the landscaping is beyond
compare, with gorgeous trees and plants! Very private. And my son loved feeding
the koi! We would definitey stay again and recommend it without reservation!

Fron guest book: A tribute to the GLFG's! We stayed here for the 2008 Waldo family reunion and enjoyed ourselves throughly. The landscaping is amazing and the beautiful tinkling of the pond through the bedroom window whisked us all to a very sound sleep. Thanks for a great stay - we hope to visit again soon!

Unbelieveable home! All our needs were met. Better than a 5-star hotel.
New kitchen, new baths. Everything fantastic. Jacuzzi was super with the most fantastic HGTV style backyard. Very private with wide open vistas. Next to bike/walk path. Also pond views. Why stay in a hotel when this fantastic home is available. |

| We were so happy staying in your house. Loved the kitchen - granite, stainless steel - the works! It was perfect for us. The landscaping is unbelievable. We spent alot of time walking through it. The spring blooming trees and plants were amazing. It was delightful to go to sleep and wake to the sound of the waterfall. The location is great for going to the Aspen area or to Glenwood Springs. Everything was clean and neat and having a washer & dryer was helpful. Thank you - hope to return some day! |

| What a great home! Everything is new and clean. Especially loved the Jacuzzi tub in the master bath. All the rooms were very comfortable. My kids stayed in the room with the twin beds and loved looking down at the waterfall from their window. The drive to buttermilk, where we skiied with the kids, was super easy and not far at all. The movie theatre is 2 minutes away. We ate at Zheng one night (try the chickem lettuce wraps, yum). Also nice having a garage to put the rental car into, so it was warm when we left in the morning. The movie library was great, we watched movies we had never seen before. We put the kids to bed and our nightly ritual of jumping in the hot tub was fabulous. It felt like we were the only ones around. Would love to come back again. Also thanks for the brownies on arrival, we all enjoyed those. |
