Just returning home after a great stay in Allens
condo.. The Signature is top notch. All the staff at
the Hotel were very friendly and helpful. The room
is perfect for my needs....there is a Microwave,
fridge and a great balcony with Strip views. Great
place to chill out before a night on the town. I will
stay here again. Thanks for the great deal Allen. |

| WE WENT TO SEE THE DE LA HOYA VS PACQUAIO FIGHT THIS PAST WEEKEND, & NEEDLESS TO SAY WHEN OF THE FIGHTERS DOESN’T SHOW UP, IT’S NOT A GREAT FIGHT NIGHT. BUT, THE ACCOMMODATIONS & THE PEOPLE AT THE SIGNATURE, MORE THAN MADE UP FOR A LOUSY FIGHT. THE SERVICE HERE IS INCREDIBLE. AND EVERYTHING YOU NEED IS W/IN A SHORT WALKING DISTANCE. YOU HAVE A GREAT POOL, GYM, STARBUCKS, & LOUNGE RIGHT DOWN STAIRS. AND JUST A SHORT WALK, OR RATHER GLIDE (MOVING WALKWAY), AND YOU HAVE THE ENTIRE MGM CASINO, RESTAURANTS, & SHOPS. THIS IS A PLACE I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ANYONE, & I WILL DEFINITELY BE RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION. A++! |

| This condo is wonderful! It's very comfortable, roomy and has many luxury amenities. The service is excellent, and the three towers are connected to each other as well as the MGM Grand complex which offers a host of restaurants, shopping and the casino. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a quiet, romantic respite amid all the hustle and bustle of Vegas with excellent service and luxury surroundings. Four thumbs up! |

| The Signature is by far the best place in Vegas to stay and booking through Allen saved me money and guaranteed that I would have a room with a balcony and strip view (Signature website does not guarantee that). The room was absolutly amazing and the staff makes you feel like a celebrity. Next trip to Vegas will definetly be booked through Allen. |

| Stayed for 5 nights at the Signature and everything was top notch. I have stayed at the Hotel at Mandalay Bay and Bellagio 3 times while in Las Vegas and the Signature is better than both. The concierge (Stephanie) is great and the room is very nice with an amazing view. The beds are very comfy also. Everything was perfect. Thanks again Allen! A+ A+ A+ |

| WOW! First rate all the way. Check-in/out a bit slow and unorganized but everything else made up for it. Accomodations don't get any better than this. Friendly and accomodating staff. Not a loud, partying type of property so if getting drunk and rowdy is your thing you may want to go somewhere else. This place caters to a more reserve bunch. |

Went for a weekend trip. The girlfriend was very impressed upon arrival with hotel and staff. The property connects to MGM (one the strip), yet has a separate entrance with valet. The room is spacious, nice decor and finishes. Prior to my career, I worked construction, so I pay very close attention to detail (finish work). Dim lighting throughout the place was perfect for setting "the mood".
*Bed was extremely comfortable, and the ipod station on the bedside table comes in very handy. Utilized the compact granite wetbar with my aged cognac and a nice bottle of champagne.
*Bathroom was very spacious with lovely tile work. Jacuzzi tub was great place to relax during the evenings. Beautiful roomy shower with glass enclosure great for morning or a midnight shower.
*Overall, beautiful place, very accommodating, and I plan to reserve the exact place on my next visit to LV. Thank you

| This suite was even nicer than we expected. Bed was comfy, living area was spacious, there was an iPod dock on the stereo, and we enjoyed the large 2-person jacuzzi tub. We stayed here over New Year's and had a great view of the fireworks display through the floor-to-ceiling windows. Customer service at the Signature was tops, and the fitness center & room service were excellent. 2 thumbs way up. |

| A really nice luxurious place by all standards. We loved the jacuzzi in the bath room. Also, this place is connected to MGM Grand with walkways. So, you could practically just walk out to "The Strip" without taking another street. The owner was helpful and prompt in setting up the reservation and following up post-reservation. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends. |
