We loved our stay at this Cambria house. Walking through the ranch and
tide-pooling all right out the door-what could be better? The house is so
comfortable and thanks for the fabulous film library. We’ll be back... The
Bridges, UK.

Dear Richardsons: What a fabulous month we have spent in your perfect
home-such a great place for us. The sun room was a perfect “studio” for my
husband’s art work. The house was equipped with everything we could
possibly need (thanks so much for the crockpot!) We definitely felt this was
our “home away from home”. we spent a lot of time “restauranting” and tried
to collect as many menus as possible. Hope you and your guests enjoy them.

Dear Richardson Family: My two kids and I have been renting in Marine
Terrace for the past 9 years-once or twice a year- and always the same
home. This is our first “deviation from the norm”. Thank goodness we
ventured! Lovely, warm, comfy home-nice TV’s, oh so important! Flawless
wireless to say nothing of “location, location, location! (No, I am not in real
estate!). Hopefully you will continue to rent out your home so that we can
continue to be tenants, until my kids are out of college and I can permanently

Came to escape the LA August heat and to experience living in Cambria.
Successful on all fronts! The house was very comfortable and well equipped.
The weather was cool with morning mists-just what we wanted. The ocean
walks absolutely perfect with views, pelicans and seal otters. Cambria village
was a delight with good restaurants, shops and activities. Thank you for

What an amazing week we had in your wonderful home. Ours was a list
minute opportunity to travel up the coast, and your house was perfect. We
missed 90 degree weather in Orange county, exchanged for the 70 degrees
here in Cambria! What a blessing! It was our first family vacation with our 9-
month old adopted daughter. She enjoyed the ocean bluff walks as much as
we did! Thank you! Jeff and Ruth
