| What a super vacation condo in just the right location in Charleston! We stayed for 5 days with friends from Boston and it worked out great! The place is furnished beautifully and right in the center of things (esp if you like terrific restaurants!), but also very quiet. This is our first VRBO experience, but we will sure do it again and stay at Sharon and Tom's when we return to Charleston! |

This is our second year in a row staying at the Johnson's town house, and we absolutely loved both experiences. The home is gorgeous and fabulously furnished--top to bottom-- and they've equipped it with everything you could need to feel at home in Charleston. Also, the location is second to none-- within walking distance of EVERYTHING!
We originally chose this home for our 2008 Charleston trip instead of a hotel because it would provide a common area where we could reconnect with the friends we traveled with. It completely exceeded our expectations, so much so that we returned again this year and we hope to make it tradition for years to come. This home truly is a crucial piece of our Charleston experience. We love, love, LOVE the Johnson's pied a'terre! |

Dear Sharon and Tom, Thank You so much for allowing us the opportunity to stay at your beautiful townhouse. It was perfect, top to bottom! Both of our daughters were exhausted, one just came home from being deployed and the other has been in training for 10 months. I really didnt expect them to want to just relax like they did though. It seemed like they didnt even want to leave the townhouse at all. We all had the most relaxing vacation ever and shared some very valuable family time. Thank you so much. I hope we can come back again and again...

Dear Sharon and Tom, We had a great time staying at your lovely condo. It is absolutely in the heart of the historic district. We took a self guided tour, that I had gleaned from the internet before we left, and traveled no more than 10 blocks from the condo. One person in our party does not walk well and we found great restaurants within the block. Loved Slightly North of Broad (SNOB), Magnolia, and High Cotton (didn't have the espresso martini though.) Not sure the bottle of bubbly was for us but we enjoyed it. There were so many restaurants (add Sticky Fingers and Justine's) that we didn't get to use your fully equipped kitchen. Parking is $20 per day but only a block away. Had we not planned trips to Savannah and Magnolia Plantation, we could easily have gotten by without a car. Took the cute trolley back from the theater next to the Aquarium. The trolley also runs to the Visitor's Center where so many tours start including the Gulah tour which was really worthwhile. Thanks again. Hank and Charlotte Rogers |

| Dear Sharon and Tom, Sorry its taking me so long to thank you for sharing your beautiful home. Our friends from Paris/Brazil all absolutely thought I was a genius for picking the perfect location and such a fabulous place. Our final day we cooked a 4 course dinner for the four of us. (NO PROBLEM) Your kitchen was so well equiped with top of the line everything. It truly was a pleasure and we all slept very well in the so comfy beds. Thank you Again, Shelley and Charles Langston |

| Thank you for having the perfect place! We had such a good time, and only had to go out the front door to hit the best restaurants! What a great location! We drank to you and Tom at High Cotton, as you advised; we really liked the Espresso Martini, but thought their Mojitos were even better! Hope we can do this again. Carol |

| Outstanding~Location~perfect! between High Cotton and Magnolia's and Straw Market. Who could ask for more! High Cotton..great Espresso Martini's, if that is not enough, the kitchen here has the makings for your own! Plenty of sugar, tea bags, coffee, baggies for left overs! Anything a kitchen person would need is right at your finger tips!! We have stayed at Mills House before, friends were at Market Pavillon......this spot is a keeper in all our books!! Furnishings extra clean and beds that you never wanted to get out of..You folks have thought of everything! all we needed was a change of clothes and our beverages!Look forward to returning again and again!!!! linda |

| Our family had a wonderful time at your home in Charleston. We walked all over, toured, ate and thoroughly enjoyed just being there, and then we could go home to relax in the comfort and elegance of 46F State Street. If you like food, history and walking it is a perfect location for a perfect vacation. |

Thank you Sharon & Tom. Lovely place, beautifully and comfortably decorated, good beds, well-equipped baths/kitchen, private patio (great for coffee each morning) and the best location in town. Walking distance to everything, from the Battery to the aquarium. Around the corner from High Cotton, 2 blocks to the market and close to our very favorite restaurant, "Mistral" (excellent French food & jazz at Meeting & Market). Cumberland Parking 2 blocks away - ask for the 'overnight pass' ($12, midnight-to-midnight with in-and-out privileges). Definitely will return. Thanks again!!

| What a beautiful home you have in Charleston. Everything was beautifully decorated, clean, warm, friendly and the perfect location. The obvious care you have taken to include everything we could need was so apparent. We would highly recommend your place and we will be back! |

| This is a gem! The location is perfect for dining opportunites and touring the historic district. The condo is beautifully decorated and fitted out with top of the line furnishings. A big plus is that the Johnsons are wonderful hosts: they've thought of everything and are very helpful with whatever one might need. |

We were so pleased when we saw this lovely home in person..Sharon and Tom have done an outstanding job of decorating and furnishing this lovely townhouse. They anticipated our every need and the location couldn't have been better or more convenient. We were in Charleston for our daughter's wedding and it was a wonderful place to come back to and relax before and after all the wedding activities. Our friends and family who came by to visit were very impressed too. We just wish we could have stayed longer! |

I enjoyed my stay at the Johnson's home immensely. They've taken care of every detail here, even down to the very smallest ones. Like the cotton balls and cloths for makeup removal, the thread count in the linen, towels, and all the extras you would need at home. I found everything I needed in the kitchen from untensils to pots and pan and everything else. It's one of the best homes I've every rented. Lastly, it's comfortable, warm, welcoming and beautiful.
The located was awesome. I walked everywhere and just explored the city on foot along with my 81 year old mother.

What a wonderful place! The location was great! After we unloaded our car we parked it and didn't get it again until it was time to pack up. Staying in a beautiful older home in the historic area certainly added to our experience of Charleston. Thank you! |

| Our week in the Pied a Tier was great. The location cannot be beat both for access to historical sites and to restaurants and bars. we had a great time and will return when we get a chance. The condo is a great place to stay and very convient for touring and eating opportunities. For those who like to cook, the kitchen is well appointed with top of the line appliances and great cookware. The beds were very comfortable as well. Don't miss the opportunity to stay in the heart of historic Charleston. |

| My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautifully-decorated townhouse. It is 2 blocks from the market, and there is absolutely no need to use your car because you are near everything to enjoy in Charleston. Why waste money on a hotel when you can enjoy a wonderful long weekend with the luxuries of a home? The hardwood plank floors are amazing! The patio is the perfect place to enjoy evenings with the brick-paved sidewalk and gas-lit lamps. We can't wait to make our return trip! It was MOST WONDERFUL! |

| We have spent the past 12 years visiting Charleston during the Spring and have always stayed at the Mill's House. This is the first time we have rented a private residence for our stay, and I must say that we were overjoyed with the experience of doing so. The Johnsons have done an exquisite job with decorating and appointing their home. Everything about their Pied-a'-terre is perfect, especially the private, walled courtyard. Thank you, Tom and Sharon, for sharing your piece of heaven with our family. We look forward to future visits in Springs to come. |

| We had a wonderful time on our trip to Charleston and this home was definitely a key part of that experience. It was truly lovely and beautifully appointed! Everything from the towels and linens to the general decor exceeded our expectations. I don't think you can beat the location either. 1 block and you have already arrived at fantastic restaurants like High Cotton...just a few blocks and you are at the Market...the battery...the water. Everything is within walking distance. We plan to stay there on future trips to Charleston. |
