We do not have enough adjectives to describe our vacation in your beautiful
home. the most profound thing I can tell you is this: we have stayed in
beautiful beach homes, mountain chalets in TN. and various condos, and this
is the first time the kids have asked us to buy THIS house and move to the
hill country. It took alot to leave the house and visit all the sights we had
planned. My family did want me to tell you that the internet site does not do
your lovely home justice. Also, we did not get to zipline in Weimer, but we
did at the caverns. It was also our first crack at recycling. The only item we
brought home that we don't recognize is a blue water jug, sorry. I will
probably write more later because we just can't stop talking about your
paradise

Once again our family had the best vacation ever!
This house is perfect for our family in every way. We
all enjoyed relaxing on the porch, swimming in the
lake, water skiing, going to Gruene, and playing games
every night. Thanks again for wonderful memories.
We hope to return next year. |

We had a great time at your lakehouse. It was very well stocked with everything you need. It was perfect for our large family. The lake is beautiful. We enjoyed swimming, and playing in the water. We brought our jet ski and left it tied up in the cove. It was safe and convenient. We loved watching the deer and hummingbirds, and played games every night. The large dining area was nice for all of us to eat meals together. Thanks for the great memories.

Awesome time! The house couldn't have been better for our large family. Very clean and lots of room. We lived on the deck! Beautiful views. The cove was perfect for swimming, floating, lounging, and fishing. So much to do in the area. Recommend hiking the Gorge, trip to Gruene Hall for "Two-Ton Tuesdays", tubing the Guadalupe, and zip lines in Wimberley. Hope to be back next year!

| We found the house very clean, organized, and well stocked. The kitchen had everything that we needed. Large living area was great for accomodating a large group, but not feeling crowded. Plenty of seating. Wonderful view of lake. Nice, quiet street. A lot of thought has been put into making this a good vacation home. |

We--as a family of 10-have never spent a more relaxing and fun weekend at a lake house. The house itself has every convenience. The porch outside was lovely and we delighted in the view and the cool breeze. I would recommend this lovely place for a large or small family to enjoy a week or a weekend together and come home with a new lease on life.

| We had a wonderful vacation at Grandveiw Lakehouse. It definitely lives up to its name. The lake water is as blue as any water in Florida, plus the height from the upper deck makes you feel you are on cloud nine. We also enjoyed the deck for star gazing and watching the humming birds and deer.The house is so comfortable and livable, and the easy water access for swimming was great for the young and the not so young. Can't wait to go back. |

| Wow! We had a great time at Canyon Lake in your beautiful home. Your house was very comfortable and accommodating. And Grandview is a great name, as the view of the lake is fabulous. Also, I can’t thank you enough for the use of the toys. I had one boy that loved the paddle boat and another that loved the kayak. And the baby loved the swing. We had one rainy morning, so we put together a jigsaw puzzle. And we played cards most evenings. |

| We loved staying here. We have 5 children and everyone was happy. We cooked excellent meals, read lots of books and played in the water. What more could you ask for. We truely relaxed. We can't wait to return. |

| Very spacious, child friendly home, with an amazing view and easy lake access. Very nice seating area right at the lake along with a floating deck. Really great deck with comfy chairs. Fully equipped kitchen and very comfortable bedroom and living room spaces. Great place to hang out with friends and family! |

| We loved the week we stayed at the house. Getting up in the morning and sitting on the deck watching the sun rise was beautiful. The lower floor for our young people to hang and listen to their music loud was nice for everyone. They had a great time on the blob right off the shore. We all emjoyed how close the house is to great small towns in the hill country. We took a couple of day trips and enjoyed hanging out in several of the towns. It is a quiet lovely place to be. Simply delightful lake house with a great view. |

We enjoyed our stay at Grandview Lakehouse so much that we could have stayed forever. The house is wonderfully appointed, meticulously maintained and so comfortable in every way. The large living room provides a spectacular view of Canyon Lake. My favorite time was sitting on the wooden deck just outside of the living room at night. The Texas sky filled with thousands of stars, including shooting stars, beautifully blended with the lake below creating the ultimate sense of tranquility. Each level of the house provides a sense of privacy so guests can enjoy their time as desired. This house is perfect for family gatherings, a memorable honeymoon or special anniversary. We plan on staying here again, next time with our grandkids.

I have stayed in the Grandview Lakehouse on Canyon Lake with my family and with friends several times.
I would spend every weekend there If I could get away. We felt very safe in the neighborhood and enjoyed the night sky from the deck. I'm a writer looking for inspiration and I absolutely love the Views. All of the views. It doesn't seem to matter which room you are in.... the Views are alway available. It is the perfect vacation place for me. Blue Water. Very relaxing. It's plain to see that great detail was spent on the design and the position of the porches and windows. The open concept of the kitchen and great room worked very well for my family and the beds were extreemly comfortable. (I have a bad back so this was a huge plus for me). I would highly recommend the Grandview Lakehouse on Canyon Lake to anyone who loves to get out on the lake and come back to a beautiful evening on the Terrace in the great State of Texas. |

| Great home on the water with a wonderful lakeview. Well supplied and equipped ..we brought our boat and found the nearby boat ramp to be handy..though docks aren't allowed we were able to tie off boat at water's edge. The home was well received by the sun worshippers as well as those that lingered in the shade..Would recommend it ..child friendly it appears..Our 3 families did not feel crowded. |
