| What a great place to get away for rest and relaxation! Your condo is so homey, comfortable and clean! We loved being within walking distance of the beautiful beach and quaint town with fantastic boutiques to keep the ladies busy for hours! We enjoyed delicious food at many fine restaurants close by Ocean Keyes. We would highly recommend this condo and area for a fabulous time! |

| FABULOUS place ... both inside and outside the properties! LOVED the close proximity to shopping, eating, walking the beach, and just finding lots of FUN things to do! Would recommend this particular condo unit to anyone because of the decorating, comfortable furniture, and excellent upkeep! |

| Just want to drop you a little note to let you know how much we enjoyed your condo. You decorated so nicely, and just made it feel so cozy. We had gorgeous weather and enjoyed how close the beach was...we were total beach bums! |

| We had a great time at your condo. It was spacious, comfortable, quiet, and very accessible to everything! Just 2 short blocks to the beach, and great complex too. It is highly recommended. The owners are very accomodating (Michelle),even though we gave them such short notice, we were able to rent the condo for an extended july 4th get-away with no hassle. Thank you!!! |

| We had a wonderful time at Jon and Michele's condo. It is beautifully decorated and very clean. It is quite close to the ocean. We either walked to the beach or drove to a public lot nearby. The condo provided all the comforts of home like full kitchen, dining area, living room (with a great tv) and washer and dryer. Six of us stayed comfortably. It was a very quiet area, and we felt safe and comfortable walking to and from the pool, exercise facility, and beach. Everyone that we dealt with in the area was very nice. Not only is the condo close to the beach, it is also close to shopping, restaurants, and church. We REALLY enjoyed our stay at Jon and Michele's condo at North Myrtle Beach and would definitely go back again. |

Your place was awesome and beautiful! I cannot wait to rent again! I have been passing out the web address and hopefully drumming up some business for you. I could tell there is a lot of love in the home and lots of compassion for those that will be renting it. The book for menus and other fun activities was a wonderful idea! I will keep that in mind for the next visit.

| Thanks for a wonderful visit to Myrtle Beach. Your condo is quiet, clean, and beautifully decorated. The locaton is convenient to great restaurants, the beach, shopping, and golf. We had a wonderful time at SOS. For those that don't know about SOS, it's the biggest beach event for shaggers that enjoy beach music and a great time with firends. |

| I truly enjoyed my stay at Jon and Michele's condo. It was the perfect getaway from the Iowa winter, especially this past winter, as it was a harsh one. Beautifully decorated and all the comforts of home, this condo is the place to stay. Enjoy! Marjie |

| The condo is beautifully furnished. Free internet and phone service are ideal. The condo is on the top floor, and accordingly there is no neighbour sound from above. However, the top floor involves climbing 4 short flights of stairs. The complex itself is in a more quiet part of Myrtle, and is in easy walking distance of the beach, stores and restaurants. Highly recommended. |
