| We enjoyed our stay on Peak View Street. From the very quiet neighborhood, to the great mountain views, to the nicely appointed house (interior colors, the fixtures, etc.), we found everything as advertised on your website -- no surprises. Thank you for making our vacation so enjoyable. We look forward to a return visit in the pines. |

| This was our first experience with renting a vacation home and what a positive experience it was. The home was very nice and was well stocked with everything we needed. We especially liked the location to downtown and snowbowl. When we go to Flagstaff again we will definately stay here. |

| Wonderful house! Nicely decorated with a great family-friendly layout. My preschoolers loved exploring the backyard. We had a blast riding our bikes downtown, and enjoyed the neighborhood playground. |

| My family and I enjoyed our stay at your home. It was elegantly and simply decorated with very comfortable rooms. We were surprised by how nice the accomodations were when we arrived. Beautiful back yard. So convenient to the Grand Canyon, Indian ruins, hiking and mountain biking trails. We will definitely return. |
