From the beginning, Abby was warm, gracious and
very communicative. This was reassuring from the
beginning.
The apartment is lovely: beautifuly appointed and
decorated and comfortable. We usually stay at the
Waldorf or the Michelangelo but this was a
wonderful alternative for 5 adults. And we will do it
now whenever we come to New York, because it's
so much better than hotel living. You do not feel
like a tourist, you are 'living' in New York.
The kitchen is well equipped and if you are inclined,
making meals here would be a breeze. We usually
had our breakfast in the morning, and cocktails and
hors d'oeuvres in the evenings before going out for
dinner.
The bedrooms have ample closet space, drawers
and hangers so you can unpack and not 'live out of
a suitcase'. The bathrooms are clean and modern
and the water pressure is fabulous.
The building is so perfectly situated. You can pour
yourself a cup of coffee and be in Central Park to
read the paper and commune with nature in 2
minutes. Lincoln Centre and Columbus Circle are
at your doorstep. All the sights and sounds of
Manhattan are right outside your window and you
will feel like a true Manhattanite living in this
wonderful building.
This has been a wonderful family holiday and
provided us with a home away from home to spend
time with each other in a relaxed but elegant
atmosphere.
Thank you Abby and Jack for all the attention to
fine details. It makes the difference between simply
okay and absolutely outstanding.

| What a lovely place and tremendous location! The building staff is extremely helpful. The property is comfortable and very clean. You can walk to Lincoln Center, Central Park and 5th Ave shopping. I walked to Times Square and back without incident many times. THANKS! |

| As a first time VRBO user, I was apprehensive about the process of renting from strangers. My experience couldn't have been more positive. The property was BEAUTIFUL and convenient to shopping, entertainment and the subway. Imagine living across the street from Central Park. If you've ever wondered what it's like to be a New Yorker and live in a building with a doorman, this is the place for you. Wish I could have stayed all summer! |
