We had a wonderful time here at Miramar in August 2008. The location is great. A very short drive to downtown and only a minute more to Paradise Island. (But definately rent a car.) The house is very clean and welcoming, but what made the trip truly special was Pamela's hospitality. She absolutely went out of her way to make us comfortable and that makes all the difference. Hope to visit again in the future.

For anyone thinking of staying in Nassau, the Miramar is an absolute dream home. You will wake up every morning to the sounds of the ocean and sunsets off the balcony are gorgeous. We were six ladies in our 20s staying in the Bahamas for the first time and we wouldn't have changed a thing about our vacation. There is a beach within walking distance as well as a grocery store and gas station. Renting a car is a must if you want to get around the city and visit Atlantis, much cheaper than cab rides. Pamela, the owner of Miramar is fabulous and so helpful. We were lucky to have her on call whenever we had a question.
You will not be disappointed with the Miramar - feel free to email me for some photos - we took plenty!
